Itismainlyduetothewrongnotionofsomejournaliststhatweencountermoreandmoremisleadingnews.Firstly,

somejournalistsdevotethemselvestomakingupsomemisleadingnewstomakenameforthemselvesorbecomemore

popularinthemediacircle.Inordertomaketheirdreamscometrue,theycoinmoreandmoremisleadingnews

neglectingtheirmoralityofprofession.Secondly,someoftheaudienceareveryinterestedinmisleadingnews,whichto

someextentleadstotheexistenceofmisleadingnews.Inaddition,theywronglybelievethatinthecompetitivemedia

circle,nomediacansurvivewithoutthesensationalstoriescateringtoreaders,tasteandcuriosity.

Inmyview,themediacircleshouldtaketheresponsibilityofofferingtrueinformation.Thus,allthejournalists

andtorunshortoffoodinthenearfuture.

Tothisproblem,mostcountriesrespondwiththedemandformorerigidconservationofournaturalresources.

Indeed,thisisurgentlyneeded,forthepresentwasteofenergyinindustrialandpersonalconsumptionissoseriousthatit

hasbecomehabitualandtraditional.Ifthenaturalresourcesareusedeconomically,wecancertainlyslowdownthe

presentdrainonthelimitedenergysupply.However,conservationaloneisnottheanswer.Itisobviousthatevenifwe

cansavemuchenergy,wecanonlydelaytheenergycrisis,butcannotsolvetheproblemcompletely.Howeverabundant

certainnaturalresourcesmaybe,theycannotreproducethemselvesandareboundtobeusedupultimately.Sointhe

longrun,wemustdevelopnewsourcesofenergyinsteadofmerelyconservingtheknown,limitedsupplies.

Manishighlyadaptableandcreative.Therefore,inmyopinion,sincemanisabletotapsuchresourcesasoiland

metal,heshouldalsodevelopandharnesssolarenergy,nuclearenergyandotherunknownenergyresourcessothatwe

canliveinaworldwithoutenergycrisis.

MyViewontheIncomeGap

Nowadaystheincomegapisgettingwiderandwider.Insomeprivately-ownedfirms,jointventures,or

foreign-ownedcompanies,anexecutive'sannualincomeistentimesorevenahundredtimesasmuchasanordinary

worker's.

Confrontedwiththissituation,peoplewillundoubtedlyholddifferentoptions.Somemaintainthatitbenefitsthe

socialandeconomicdevelopmentsincedrivingforceisoftenderivedfromthegap,whichmeansthatthegapinspires

one'sdesireandgivesoneanimpetustoadvancement.Othersspeakofitssideeffect.Incomegapisoftentherootof

socialunrestandalsocontrarytoourcountry'ssocialistprinciple.

Inmyview,whileitistruethattheincomegapmaystimulatethesocialdevelopmenttosomeextent,itcauses

troubleaswell.Theincomegapthatistoowideformostpeopletobearneitherbenefitsthestabilityofourcountiynor

promotesoureconomicdevelopment.Thus,whileweareadvocatingtherapiddevelopmentofourcountry,weshould

toleratethenarrowincomegapbutnarrowthewiderone.

MyViewontheNegativeEffectsofSomeAdvertisements

CommercialadvertisementshaveneverbeensopopularinChinaastheyaretoday.Generallyspeaking,

advertisementsdoalotofgoodtoacountry'seconomicdevelopmentiftheyarereliable.Unfortunately,some

irresponsibleproducersusedishonestmeanstocheatconsumersinordertoseekgreaterprofits.Thishasseriousside

effectsanddoesharmtothesociety.

First,thesedishonestadvertisementsharmournormalmarketandhurttheinterestsofhonestmanufacturers,

becausewhenpeoplefindoutthetruth,theywilllosetheirtrustandrespectforalladvertisements.Besides,dishonest

advertisementswillmisleadconsumerstobuytheinferiorproductsandsometimesevenfakegoods.Worstofall,some

dishonestadvertisementsareseenabroad,whichcancausediplomaticdisputes.

Dishonestadshavenowbecomeasocialcancer.Weshouldcallonallthepeopletobealerttoanydishonestads.

outofcontrol.However,collegestudentshavetheirownreasonsfortheirchoices.

Somestudentsprefertoliveoncampusforthefollowingreasons.First,campusresidentsareclosertoclasses,the

library,andotherresources,sotheyaremorelikelytosucceedincollegeandcompletetheirbachelor'sdegreeinfour

years.Furthermore,livinginadormtheycanenjoyagreateropportunitytomeetallkindsofnewpeopleanddevelop

privacyandalotmorequiettime.Livingoffcampusgivesthemfreedomfromthosedormrulesandallowthemtoset

home.
