前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T5069—2015《鎂鋁系耐火材料化學(xué)分析方法》,與GB/T5069—2015相比,除結(jié)
構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了要素“范圍”對(duì)測(cè)量含量范圍的規(guī)定,刪除了“表1測(cè)定范圍”(見第1章,2015年版的
第1章);
b)增加了“術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義”一章(見第3章);
c)增加了規(guī)范性引用文件“GB/T4513.2”(見5.1);
d)更改了要素“二安替比林甲烷光度法”測(cè)定二氧化鈦的含量范圍(見11.1,2015年版的11.1);
e)更改了要素“差減法”測(cè)定氧化鎂含量的計(jì)算方法(見13.3,2015年版的13.3);
f)刪除了要素“火焰原子吸收法”分析結(jié)果中“高精度測(cè)量法”(見2015年版的14.1.6.2);
g)刪除了要素“氧化錳的測(cè)定”分析結(jié)果中“高精度測(cè)量法”(見2015年版的15.6.2);
h)更改了要素“五氧化二磷的測(cè)定”中的測(cè)定范圍(見第16章,2015年版的第16章);
i)更改了要素“二氧化硅、氧化鋁、氧化鐵、氧化鈦、氧化鈣、氧化鉀、氧化鈉、氧化錳、五氧化二
磷、氧化鋯、三氧化二鉻的測(cè)定(電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射光譜法)”對(duì)測(cè)定含量范圍的規(guī)定,刪

引言
隨著鎂鋁系耐火材料的發(fā)展,原化學(xué)分析方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)已不能滿足應(yīng)用要求,電感耦合等離子體發(fā)射
光譜(ICP?AES)可首選用于鎂鋁系耐火材料的化學(xué)分析,但由于ICP?AES設(shè)備價(jià)格昂貴、使用和維護(hù)
成本高、方法標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出現(xiàn)得晚等原因,在耐火材料行業(yè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室普及程度遠(yuǎn)低于其他行業(yè)。分光光度計(jì)
操作程序簡(jiǎn)單、性價(jià)比高,是耐火材料行業(yè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室普及率高的常用分析儀器,尤其是針對(duì)鎂鋁系耐火材
料中高含量的五氧化二磷和二氧化鈦的測(cè)定。本次修訂目的主要是更改分光光度法測(cè)定五氧化二磷
和二安替比林甲烷光度法測(cè)定二氧化鈦的檢測(cè)范圍,并在第20章給出了ICP?AES測(cè)定方法,從而使
標(biāo)準(zhǔn)更加科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、與時(shí)俱進(jìn),更好地服務(wù)于行業(yè)發(fā)展。
