industrialstructure,economicsize,andpercapitaGNI)areestimatedbasedonSouthKorea’s

pricesandvalue-addedratios,andthusshouldnotbedirectlycomparedwiththoseofother

countries.

Ⅰ.Overview

□NorthKorea’srealGDPincreasedby3.1%in2023.

―Productionintheagriculture,forestry&fishing,andmining&manufacturingsectors

returnedtogrowth,andtheincreaseintheconstructionsectorexpanded.
