本使用手冊(cè)詳細(xì)介紹了GSK980TDc車(chē)床CNC的編程、操作及安裝連

接等事項(xiàng)。

為了保證產(chǎn)品安全、正常與有效地運(yùn)行工作,請(qǐng)您務(wù)必在安裝、使用

產(chǎn)品前仔細(xì)閱讀本使用手冊(cè)。

安全警告

操作不當(dāng)將引起意外事故,必須要具有相應(yīng)資格的

人員才能操作本系統(tǒng)。

特別提示:安裝在機(jī)箱上(內(nèi))的系統(tǒng)電源,是僅為本公司制造的數(shù)控

系統(tǒng)提供的專用電源。

禁止用戶將這個(gè)電源作其他用途使用。否則,將產(chǎn)生極大的

危險(xiǎn)!

■運(yùn)輸與儲(chǔ)存

z產(chǎn)品包裝箱堆疊不可超過(guò)六層

z不可在產(chǎn)品包裝箱上攀爬、站立或放置重物

z不可使用與產(chǎn)品相連的電纜拖動(dòng)或搬運(yùn)產(chǎn)品

z嚴(yán)禁碰撞、劃傷面板和顯示屏

z產(chǎn)品包裝箱應(yīng)避免潮濕、暴曬以及雨淋

■開(kāi)箱檢查

z打開(kāi)包裝后請(qǐng)確認(rèn)是否是您所購(gòu)買(mǎi)的產(chǎn)品

z檢查產(chǎn)品在運(yùn)輸途中是否有損壞

z對(duì)照清單確認(rèn)各部件是否齊全,有無(wú)損傷

z如存在產(chǎn)品型號(hào)不符、缺少附件或運(yùn)輸損壞等情況,請(qǐng)及時(shí)與本公司聯(lián)系

■接線

z參加接線與檢查的人員必須是具有相應(yīng)能力的專業(yè)人員

z產(chǎn)品必須可靠接地,接地電阻不大于0.1Ω,不能使用中性線(零線)代替地線

z接線必須正確、牢固,以免導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)品故障或意想不到的后果

z與產(chǎn)品連接的浪涌吸收二極管必須按規(guī)定方向連接,否則會(huì)損壞產(chǎn)品

z插拔插頭或打開(kāi)產(chǎn)品機(jī)箱前,必須切斷產(chǎn)品電源

■檢修

z檢修或更換元器件前必須切斷電源

z發(fā)生短路或過(guò)載時(shí)應(yīng)檢查故障,故障排除后方可重新啟動(dòng)

z不可對(duì)產(chǎn)品頻繁通斷電,斷電后若須重新通電,相隔時(shí)間至少1min

PLC程序(梯形圖)定義的。本手冊(cè)機(jī)床面板中按鍵的功能是針對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

PLC程序進(jìn)行描述的,敬請(qǐng)注意!
