前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)

定起草。

本文件修改采用ISO14903:2017《制冷系統(tǒng)及熱泵部件和接頭的密封性評定》。

本文件與ISO14903:2017相比做了下述結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整:

——ISO14903:2017的7.6.4.2.1~7.6.4.2.9、7.6.5.3.1~7.6.5.3.7、7.6.5.4.6.1~7.6.5.4.6.5用列項

形式表述(見7.6)。

本文件與ISO14903:2017的技術(shù)差異及其原因如下:

——用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T9237替換了ISO5149?1、ISO5149?2(見第3章、7.9),以適應(yīng)我國的

技術(shù)條件;

——刪除了標準中未使用到的符號N(見第4章);

——用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T44557替換了ISO13971、GB4706.17替換了IEC60335?2?34(見第5

章),以適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)條件、提高可操作性;

——增加了規(guī)范性引用的GB/T40335—2021,刪除了EN13185(見7.4.2),以適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)條

件、提高可操作性;

——tmax參數(shù)的描述更改為“制造商規(guī)定的最高溫度,如未規(guī)定則按”(見表、表),以提

高試驗的可操作性,消除歧義;

——用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T2423.10替換了IEC60068?2?6、GB/T2423.56替換了IEC60068?2?

64(見7.6.5.4.5),以適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)條件、提高可操作性;

——用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T1690替換了ISO1817、GB/T11547替換了ISO175(見7.11.3),以

適應(yīng)我國的技術(shù)條件、提高可操作性。

本文件做了下列編輯性改動:

——改正ISO14903:2017的編輯性錯誤,將圖2中“表2和表3”更改為“表1和表2”,“表4和

表5”更改為“表3和表4”;

——改正ISO14903:2017的編輯性錯誤,將7.6.5.4.5部件試驗1中的“表12”更改為“表11”(見

7.6.5.4.5);

——刪除了ISO14903:2017中表A.1中的注。

1范圍

本文件提供了GB/T9237相關(guān)部分所述的用于制冷系統(tǒng)及熱泵的封閉式和密封式部件、接頭和

零件的密封性的型式認可評定程序。相關(guān)的封閉式和密封式部件、接頭和零件主要是指配件、爆破片、

法蘭式或裝配式的組件。非金屬材料制成的柔性管的密封性依據(jù)GB/T44557。本文件涵蓋了金屬柔

性管。

本文件所包含的要求適用于公稱尺寸不超過DN50的接頭和內(nèi)部體積不超過5L且質(zhì)量不超過

50kg的部件。

本文件旨在描述部件按制造商規(guī)定的程序裝配后,其運行期間遇到的密封應(yīng)力,并給出了部件供

應(yīng)商向負責(zé)執(zhí)行該程序的人員提供的最少必要信息的清單。

本文件規(guī)定了部件按制造商的要求進行裝配后的整體的密封性等級。

本文件適用于制冷裝置中使用的封閉式和密封式部件、接頭和零件,包括所有帶有密封件的部件,

無論其材料和設(shè)計如何。

本文件規(guī)定了可被視為封閉式接頭的機械接頭的附加要求。
