單詞中讀音特別響亮的音節(jié)叫重讀音節(jié)。用音標(biāo)標(biāo)記雙音節(jié)、多音節(jié)詞的讀音時(shí),應(yīng)使用重讀符號(hào)。1.三音節(jié)詞的重音一般也在第一個(gè)音節(jié)上,如favourite/'fe?v?r?t/、vegetable/'ved?t?bl/、interesting/??ntr?st??/.2.少數(shù)三音節(jié)詞的重音在第二個(gè)音節(jié)上,如computer/kam'pju:t?(r)/、tomato

/t?'ma:t?u/、December/d?'semb?(r)/。3.有的雙音節(jié)詞和多音節(jié)詞有兩個(gè)重音,一個(gè)是主重音,另一個(gè)是次重音。次重音用“?”表示,標(biāo)在次重音的左下方。如thirteen/?θ???ti?n/、fifteen
