Article4:WorkingHoursandLeave

Article5:SalaryandCompensation

6.2Bothpartiesshallcomplywiththeprovisionsofthesocialsecurityandhousingfundpolicy.

Article7:TerminationofthisContract

7.1ThisContractmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftherelevantlawsandregulations.

7.2Bothpartiesshallgivewrittennoticetoeachotheratleast[noticeperiod,e.g.,30days]beforeterminatingthisContract.

Article8:ConfidentialityandNon-Competition

8.1TheEmployeeshallkeeptheEmployer'sbusinesssecretsconfidentialduringandaftertheemploymentrelationship.

8.2TheEmployeeshallnotengageinanycompetingactivitieswithin[non-competingperiod,e.g.,oneyear]aftertheterminationofthisContract.

Article9:GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

9.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsof[country/country],andanydisputesarisingfromthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.

9.2Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreementthroughnegotiation,theymaysubmitthedisputetothe[nameofarbitrationcommissionorcourt]forresolution.

10.1BothpartiesshallstrictlycomplywiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

Article4:ThirdParty'sRightsandObligations

4.1TheThirdPartyshallprovideguidanceandsupervisiontotheEmployeeintheperformanceofthework.

4.2TheThirdPartyshallhavetherighttoreviewandapprovetheworkresultsoftheEmployee.

4.3TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforthequalityandcompletionoftheworkperformedbytheEmployee.

Article5:Employee'sRightsandObligations

5.1TheEmployeehastherighttoreceiveafairsalaryandworkingconditions.

5.2TheEmployeeshallperformtheworkdiligentlyandinaccordancewiththeEmployer'sandtheThirdParty'srequirements.

5.3TheEmployeeshallmaintainconfidentialityoftheEmployer'sandtheThirdParty'sbusinesssecrets.

Article9:ThirdParty'sLimitationofLiability

5.2TheThirdPartyshallprovidetheEmployerwithregularupdatesontheEmployee'sperformanceandprogress.

5.3TheThirdPartyshallberesponsibleforthequalityandtimelinessoftheEmployee'sworkdeliverables.

Article6:SalaryandCompensation

8.2TheEmployeehastherighttoterminatethisContractiftheEmployerfailstoprovidetheagreed-uponsalaryorworkingconditions.
