2.TrainingTeam

2.2Thetrainerswillberesponsibleforpreparingtrainingmaterials,deliveringlectures,andfacilitatinggroupdiscussions.

3.TrainingMaterials

3.1PartyAagreestoprovidePartyBwiththenecessarytrainingmaterials,includingtextbooks,handouts,andotherrelevantresources.

3.2Thetrainingmaterialswillbeprovidedin[language],andPartyAwillensuretheiraccuracyandcompleteness.

4.TrainingFeesandPaymentTerms

5.2TheobligationofconfidentialityshallsurvivetheterminationofthisContract.

6.Termination

6.2IntheeventofanybreachofthisContractbyeitherparty,theotherpartyshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContractimmediatelyuponreceiptofawrittennoticeoftermination.
