前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標準化工作導則第1部分:標準化文件的結構和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T23356—2009《卷煙煙氣氣相中一氧化碳的測定非散射紅外法》,與GB/T23356—
2009相比,除結構調整和編輯性改動外,主要技術變化如下:
——更改了收集氣袋的容積規(guī)定(見6.3,2009年版的5.3);
——更改了非散射紅外分析儀采樣速率的規(guī)定(見6.4,2009年版的5.4);
——更改了溫度計的精度要求(見6.8,2009年版的5.7);
——更改了一氧化碳標準氣體濃度(見第5章、7.3.2和7.3.5,2009年版的第6章、8.2.2和8.2.5);
——刪除了抽樣的規(guī)定(見2009年版的第7章);
——更改了卷煙抽吸的規(guī)定(見7.4.2,2009年版的8.3.2);
——增加了非散射紅外分析儀重新校準的要求(見7.5.1)。
本文件修改采用ISO8454:2024《卷煙煙氣氣相中一氧化碳的測定非散射紅外法》。
本文件與ISO8454:2024相比做了下述結構調整:
——第5章對應ISO8454:2024的第6章;
——第6章對應ISO8454:2024的第5章;
——增加了7.1,第7章中其他條號順延;
——10.1對應ISO8454:2024的第10章;
——增加了附錄A。
本文件與ISO8454:2024的技術差異及其原因如下:
——用規(guī)范性引用的GB/T16447替換了ISO3402、GB/T16450替換了ISO3308、GB/T19609
替換了ISO4387,引用相應的國家標準,便于對本文件的理解和執(zhí)行;
——更改了ISO8454:2024中重復性和再現(xiàn)性相關內(nèi)容(見第9章),以適合國內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀;
——增加了抽吸卷煙的準備相關內(nèi)容(見7.1),以適合我國國情便于標準的操作和執(zhí)行;
——增加了標準條件下每支卷煙一氧化碳的平均質量的計算公式[見公式(3)],便于在標準條件
下進行快速計算;
——增加了測試報告的詳細內(nèi)容(見10.2~10.5),適合我國國情便于標準的操作和執(zhí)行。
本文件做了下列編輯性改動:
——增加了資料性附錄A“方法的重復性限和再現(xiàn)性限”。
