5.2UponterminationofthisContract,theEmployershallpaytheEmployeeallaccruedbutunpaidwages,benefits,andanyothercompensationduetotheEmployee.

6.Confidentiality

6.1TheEmployeeagreestokeepconfidentialallconfidentialinformationoftheEmployer,includingbutnotlimitedtotradesecrets,customerinformation,andbusinessstrategies.

6.2TheEmployeeshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

7.GoverningLaw

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].

8.EntireAgreement
