引言
GB/T4706《家用和類似用途電器的安全》大部分采用IEC60335。在此基礎上,GB/T4706參考
IEC60335的結構形式,劃分為若干部分,由通用要求和特殊要求構成,第1部分為通用要求,其他部分
為特殊要求。對于特殊要求范圍涵蓋的產(chǎn)品,其安全要求為通用要求與該特殊要求結合使用,在特殊
要求中包括了對通用要求中對應條款的補充和修改,以給出對每種產(chǎn)品的完整要求。
本文件是器具按照使用說明正常使用時,對電氣、機械、熱、火災以及輻射等風險需要具有的防護
要求。本文件還包括使用中可能出現(xiàn)的非正常情況,并且考慮電磁干擾對器具安全運行的影響方式。
本文件已考慮GB/T16895《低壓電氣裝置》中規(guī)定的要求,器具在連接到電源時與電氣布線規(guī)則
的要求協(xié)調一致。
如果一臺器具的多項功能涉及GB/T4706中的其他部分,只要合理,其他部分分別適用于該器具
每個功能。如果適用,需考慮一個功能對其他功能的影響。
當其他部分中未針對本文件中已經(jīng)包含了的危險給出附加要求時,則GB/T4706.1適用。
GB/T4706(所有部分)是涉及器具安全的標準,優(yōu)先于涵蓋同一主題的通用標準/橫向標準。
本文件與GB/T4706.1—2024《家用和類似用途電器的安全第1部分:通用要求》配合使用。本
文件中寫明“適用”的部分,表示GB/T4706.1—2024中的相應條款適用于本文件;本文件寫明“代替”
的部分,則以本文件中的條款為準;本文件寫明“增加”的部分,表示除要符合GB/T4706.1—2024中的
相應條款外,還需符合本文件條款中所增加的條款;本文件寫明“修改”的部分,表示在GB/T4706.1—

GB/T4706.1—2024的該章用下述內容代替。
本文件規(guī)定了家用和類似用途電動晾衣機的安全。
本文件適用于單相器具額定電壓不超過250V的家用和類似用途電動晾衣機。
不打算作為一般家用,但對公眾仍可能引起危險的器具,例如:打算在商店、辦公室、酒店、飯店、醫(yī)
院、學校,在輕工業(yè)和農(nóng)場中由非專業(yè)的人員使用的電動晾衣機,也屬于本文件的范圍。
就實際情況而言,本文件所涉及的各種器具存在的普通危險,是在住宅和住宅周圍環(huán)境中所有的
人可能會遇到的。然而,一般情況下,本文件并未考慮:
