**5.MaintenanceandRepair**

**6.Insurance**

TheLesseeshallobtainandmaintain,atitsownexpense,adequateinsurancecoveragefortheEquipmentduringthetermofthisAgreement.TheinsurancepolicyshallnametheLessorasanadditionalinsured.

**7.ReturnoftheEquipment**

AttheexpirationorearlierterminationofthisAgreement,theLesseeshallreturntheEquipmenttotheLessorinthesameconditionaswhenitwasleased,ordinarywearandtearexcepted.

**8.Termination**
