前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T3325—2017《金屬家具通用技術(shù)條件》,與GB/T3325—2017相比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整
和編輯性改動(dòng)外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
a)更改了術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義,刪除了“人造板封邊”,增加了“可觸及區(qū)域”和“1型桌”(見(jiàn)第3章,2017年
版的第3章);
b)更改了桌椅(凳)主要尺寸配合,刪除了桌面與椅凳座面配合高差(見(jiàn)表1,2017年版的表1

f)更改了產(chǎn)品外形尺寸偏差(見(jiàn)表1序號(hào)24,2017年版的表1序號(hào)24);
g)更改了鄰邊垂直度的規(guī)定(見(jiàn)表2序號(hào)1,2017年版的表2序號(hào)1);
h)增加了鑄造件、合金件等其他金屬件外觀要求,增加了死節(jié)、孔洞、夾皮、樹(shù)脂道、樹(shù)膠道等缺
陷的規(guī)定,增加了零部件的結(jié)合、雕刻的圖案、石材、巖板等外觀要求;更改了玻璃件外觀要
求;刪除了標(biāo)志和使用說(shuō)明要求(見(jiàn)表3,2017年版的表3);
i)更改了安全性能要求和試驗(yàn)方法(見(jiàn)5.4,6.4,2017年版的5.4,6.4);
j)增加了產(chǎn)品中電氣部分安全要求和試驗(yàn)方法(見(jiàn)表4序號(hào)4、6.4.5);

m)更改了木制件表面涂層抗沖擊要求(見(jiàn)表5序號(hào)13,2017年版的表5);
n)刪除了木制件表面貼面層的耐劃痕要求及試驗(yàn)方法,更改了木制件表面裝飾層的耐磨要求

o)更改了真皮涂層黏著牢度要求(見(jiàn)表5序號(hào)28,2017年版的表5);
