1.RentalPeriodandReturn:TheLesseeshallrenttheEquipmentfortheperiodcommencingon[StartDate]andendingon[EndDate].TheLesseeagreestoreturntheEquipmenttotheLessornolaterthan[ReturnDate],inthesameconditionaswhenreceived,ordinarywearandtearexcepted.

2.RentandPayment:TheLesseeagreestopaytheLessorarentalfeeof[Amount]perdayfortheentirerentalperiod.ThefirstpaymentshallbemadeuponexecutionofthisAgreement,andsubsequentpaymentsshallbemadeonthe[PaymentDueDate]eachmonth.

3.EquipmentUse:TheLesseeagreestousetheEquipmentonlyforlawfulpurposesandinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'sinstructions.TheLesseeshallnotmodify,dismantle,orotherwisealtertheEquipmentwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.

4.Insurance:TheLesseeagreestomaintainadequateinsurancecoveragefortheEquipmentduringtherentalperiod.Suchinsuranceshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,liabilityinsurance,propertydamageinsurance,andtheftinsurance.TheLesseeshallprovidetheLessorwithproofofinsuranceuponrequest.

5.Indemnification:TheLesseeagreestoindemnifyandholdtheLessorharmlessfromanyandallclaims,damages,losses,orliabilitiesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeuseormisuseoftheEquipmentbytheLesseeoranythirdparty.

6.Termination:EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyiftheotherpartyfailstocomplywithanytermorconditionofthisAgreement.Intheeventoftermination,theLesseeshallimmediatelyreturntheEquipmenttotheLessor.

7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction:ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].
