6.GoverningLawandJurisdiction:

b.Buyer'sliabilityforanybreachofthisContractshallbelimitedtothepaymentofanyagreed-uponpenaltiesforlatepaymentorfailuretofulfillitsobligations.

c.NeitherSellernorBuyershallbeliableforanyindirectorconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoftheperformanceornon-performanceofthisContract.
