4.TheBuyerwarrantsthatitshallusetheProductsinaccordancewiththeinstructionsprovidedbytheSeller.

OBLIGATIONS:

1.TheSellershalldelivertheProductstotheBuyerinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionssetforthinExhibitBattachedhereto.

2.TheBuyershallpaythepurchasepricefortheProductsinaccordancewiththepaymenttermssetforthinExhibitCattachedhereto.

INDEMNIFICATION:

LIMITATIONOFLIABILITY:
