前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件代替GB/T22451—2008《無線通信設(shè)備電磁兼容性通用要求》,與GB/T22451—2008相
比,除結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整和編輯性改動外,主要技術(shù)變化如下:
—更改了術(shù)語“電信中心”和“試驗輔助設(shè)備”(見3.1.3、3.1.6,2008年版的3.1.3、3.1.6);
—增加了車載設(shè)備和有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)端口的術(shù)語和定義(見3.1.11、3.1.13);
—更改了免測頻段要求(見4.3,2008年版的4.3);
—增加了不能建立連續(xù)通信鏈路設(shè)備和輔助設(shè)備的性能判據(jù)(見6.4和6.5);
—增加了車載設(shè)備有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)端口傳導(dǎo)騷擾測量(見7.1);
—刪除了天線端口(傳導(dǎo)雜散)的騷擾測試(見2008年版的第8章);
—刪除了DC電源端口傳導(dǎo)騷擾電信中心限值(見2008年版的8.5);
—更改了電瞬態(tài)傳導(dǎo)騷擾測量的測量限值(見8.8.1,2008年版的8.9.2);
—更改了射頻電磁場輻射抗擾度試驗的試驗頻率范圍(見9.2.1,2008年版的9.2.1);
—增加了電快速瞬變脈沖群抗擾度試驗的xDSL試驗要求(見9.3.1);
—更改了浪涌(沖擊)抗擾度有線網(wǎng)絡(luò)端口試驗要求(見9.4.1,2008年版的9.4.1);
—更改了交流電源端口電壓暫降、短時中斷和電壓變化抗擾度試驗等級及性能判據(jù)(見9.7.1.1和
9.7.2.1,2008年版的9.7.1.1和9.7.2.1);
—刪除了瞬變和浪涌抗擾度試驗脈沖4和脈沖5的測試要求(見9.8.1,2008年版的9.8.1);
—刪除了多模終端電磁兼容測試導(dǎo)則(見2008年版的附錄B)。

1范圍
本文件規(guī)定了無線通信設(shè)備及其輔助設(shè)備的電磁兼容性(EMC)限值、性能判據(jù),描述了電磁兼容
性測量方法。
本文件適用于除廣播接收機以外所有種類的無線通信設(shè)備。
注:本文件對于不適合在實驗室環(huán)境下測試的特定產(chǎn)品(例如:大功率無線電發(fā)信機),可對設(shè)備進行現(xiàn)場測試。
在這種情況下,如果沒有適用的現(xiàn)場試驗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法,那么用于評估受試設(shè)備測量方法的基本原理和限值可參
照本文件。
