間展示自己的弱點(diǎn);做一個(gè)好的傾聽(tīng)者;知道如何請(qǐng)求或給予原諒;能組織一個(gè)讓所有人都能融入其中的

聚會(huì);懂得站在他人的角度看待問(wèn)題。

在任何一個(gè)群體中,都會(huì)有"貶低者”和“啟迪者”這兩種人。貶低者太過(guò)關(guān)注自己;他們讓別人感

到渺小。他們會(huì)依靠刻板印象將他人標(biāo)簽化。如果他們了解了你的一件事,就會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)而對(duì)你是怎樣的人作出
