變配電室送電施工方案(中英)

1、變配電室送電施工方案Powering-on scheme for Substation and Distribution Room1工程簡(jiǎn)介本裝置變電所為6KV高壓室、系兩路供電，電源由兩臺(tái)110KV/6KV25000變壓器供給，分別引至、段母線。為了提高供電的可靠性，設(shè)置、段母線的聯(lián)絡(luò)開(kāi)關(guān)，并設(shè)有母線開(kāi)關(guān)自投裝置。400V低壓電源由兩臺(tái)6KV/400V配電變壓器供給，分別送到、段低壓母線。變壓器的高壓電源取自本裝置6KV系統(tǒng)，其接線如附圖所示。目前，本裝置變配電室已具備送電條件，為確保一次送電成功，特?cái)M定送電方案，以供有關(guān)送電人員參照?qǐng)?zhí)行。1Broef introduction of the

4、stribution room has met the powering-on requirements to ensure the success at one time, we complied the scheme for relevant personnel to refer to.2、方案的編寫依據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)的施工圖紙電氣裝置安裝工程電氣設(shè)備交接試驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB50150-91。電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護(hù)及電網(wǎng)安全自動(dòng)裝置檢驗(yàn)條例。電氣安裝工程施工及驗(yàn)收規(guī)范GB50303-2002。保護(hù)繼電器核驗(yàn)。有關(guān)的電氣計(jì)量表計(jì)檢定規(guī)程。電氣設(shè)備的廠家技術(shù)文件資料。工程項(xiàng)目的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)。有關(guān)的電氣試驗(yàn)，運(yùn)行

5、安全操作規(guī)程。公司質(zhì)量保證手冊(cè)、質(zhì)量體系文件及支撐性文件。本方案的編寫是以設(shè)計(jì)提供的施工圖紙和國(guó)家的有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范、安全法規(guī)等為依據(jù)進(jìn)行編寫的。3、送電前的準(zhǔn)備工作Preparation work before powering-on1）送電前必須清理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。清除一切障礙物，蓋好蓋板，打掃衛(wèi)生。The site must be cleaned before powering-on, barriers cleared ditches and holes covered, floor cleaned.2）所有的受電設(shè)備均須做完各項(xiàng)單體試驗(yàn)且合格，并有正式試驗(yàn)報(bào)告供有關(guān)部門審查。Single test

7、sections of the client.4）配電室的信號(hào)、直流系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)工作正常以保證送電成功。其整流系統(tǒng)的電源，送電前由可靠的臨時(shí)電源供給，待受電完畢，倒至正式電源。Ensure signal and DC system work well. Powering-on procedure.1) 專人檢查高壓系統(tǒng)及所有的低壓系統(tǒng)絕緣并有記錄。 Insulation of HV system all the LV ones shall be checked and recorded by assigned personnel. 2) 再檢查一遍開(kāi)關(guān)位置，所有的高壓、低壓開(kāi)關(guān)均須

10、在試驗(yàn)、斷開(kāi)位置。 Check the switch again to ensure all the HV. LV switch are on test/disconnect position.3) 通知上級(jí)變電所，對(duì)進(jìn)線線路送電，并確保有電。 Inform the HV substation to energize incoming line, and ensure power is on.4) 直流系統(tǒng)送電，使信號(hào)、控制、保護(hù)小母線帶電。投入各受電范圍設(shè)備的各項(xiàng) 繼電保護(hù)。 Power on DC system to energize signal, control and protect

11、ive busbars, put the relay protection of all energized equipments into use. 5) 將段母線電壓互感器手車推至工作位置，插CZ插頭，并檢查PT柜的二次保 險(xiǎn)，應(yīng)接觸良好。 Push the truck of potential transformer of the busto connect position, plug CZ in and ensure the faces of the secondary circuit of PT panel, contact well. 6) 將段進(jìn)線手車推至工作位置，并檢查CZ插

12、頭、二次保險(xiǎn)等均在工作位置，各保護(hù)壓板在投人位置，合上I段合閘電源。 Push the truck of incomingto connect position, plug CZ in, and ensure secondary fuses one well fixed. 7) 操作KK控制開(kāi)關(guān)，合1DL斷路器，段母線帶電。 Turn switch KK to close breaker 1DL, then busis powered on.8) 在段PT柜測(cè)量A630、B630、C630電壓，三相數(shù)值應(yīng)對(duì)稱，測(cè)量其相序應(yīng)為正相序，盤上表針指示應(yīng)正確，并作記錄。 Measure the vol

13、tage of A630, B630, C630 in PT panel, values of three phases shall be even phase sequence shall be checked and correct, meters on the panel shall indicate correctly and records shall be taken. 9) 將段母線可小車推至工作位置，程序同5）。解除母聯(lián)開(kāi)關(guān)的自動(dòng)切換，將母聯(lián)開(kāi)關(guān)小車推入工作位置，合上段合閘電源。 Push the truck of potential transformer of busfol

Release automatic transfer of bus-joint, scoitehgear, push the truck in and switch on operation power for section . 10) 操作母聯(lián)柜KK開(kāi)關(guān)，合DL母聯(lián)開(kāi)關(guān)使I段母線帶電?，F(xiàn)在供電為1#進(jìn)線帶段母線。 Turn switch KK on bus-joint panel to close the break DL to energize bus of section .Now the power on bus is taken from

15、 incoming.11) 在段PT柜測(cè)量 A640、B640、C640電壓結(jié)果同8）。 Measure the voltage of A640, B640 and C640 in PT panel of section , the values shall be the same as those measured in sub clause 8).12) 在段PT柜和段PT柜進(jìn)行二次定相，測(cè)量A630對(duì)A640、B640、C640；B630對(duì)A640、B640、C640；c630對(duì)A640、B640、C640的電壓。同相電壓為零，異相電壓值應(yīng)正確。 Check the phases on

16、secondary circuits of PT panels of sectionand , voltage between the same phase shall be zero and between different phase be correct. 13) 操作母聯(lián)KK開(kāi)關(guān)使DL跳閘，并確認(rèn)。 Operate switch KK to open breaker DL and ensure power is off.14) 將段進(jìn)線開(kāi)關(guān)小車推至工作位置，程序同6）。 Push the truck of incoming to connect position, following

17、 sub-clause 6).15) 操作 KK開(kāi)關(guān)，合段進(jìn)線2DL斷路器，使段母線帶電?，F(xiàn)在供電為兩進(jìn)線，分供兩段母段。 Operate switch KK to close the 2DL to energize the bus of section . Now the buses of two sections are supplied separately by two incomings. 16) 重復(fù)執(zhí)行12)程序，結(jié)果與其相同。定相工作還可根據(jù)情況選擇一次定相（定相桿）的方法，用以確定、段電源的相別。同名相電壓為零。 Repeat procedure of sub-clause

19、ing separately.19) 將1號(hào)變壓器開(kāi)關(guān)小車推至工作位置，投入變壓器的各種保護(hù)，插接CZ插頭。查二次保險(xiǎn)及合閘保險(xiǎn)。操作KK開(kāi)關(guān)合斷路器開(kāi)關(guān)。1號(hào)變壓器第一次沖擊，變壓器室要有人檢查監(jiān)視其沖擊的情況，一切均應(yīng)正常。Push the truck of No.1 transformer breaker to connect position, put protections into use, plug CZ in, check the fuses of secondary and operation, switch KK to close the breaker to do the

20、 first impact to transformer T1,assighed personnel shall check and monitor in transformer room during the course to ensure everything is OK.運(yùn)行10分鐘后再進(jìn)行第二次到第五次沖擊變壓器。每次間隔5分鐘，觀察每次沖擊的激磁涌流，繼電保護(hù)不應(yīng)動(dòng)作。第五次沖擊后，變壓器即進(jìn)人空載運(yùn)行狀態(tài)。 After ten minutes operation, carry on the second to the fifth impact at an interval of

22、及開(kāi)關(guān) ZKI推至工作位置，操作合閘按鈕使ZKI合閘。段低壓母線帶電。 Close the isolation switch on LV incoming and push the breaker ZK1 to connection position, close ZK1 to energize LV bus of section .22) 在其低壓母線測(cè)量其電壓。相序均應(yīng)正常。 Check the voltage and phase sequence on LV bus to ensure both and OK.23) 將段低壓進(jìn)線隔離開(kāi)關(guān)合閘及開(kāi)關(guān)ZK2推至工作位置，以下同程序21）、2
