23、 Product Line,2002 - Established cross-functional team to design a new Durst pump drive product line to replace the existing Terrell, Federal, and Regal pump drive product lines. This was done to simplify the design, for both assembly and service, to reduce the number of parts needed to support the
24、product, to increase availability of parts, and thereby reduce cost and lead-time. 2003 - Developed a nine (9) model product line, including all testing. 2004 - Released all drawings and tooling and started production. 2005 - Developed a tenth model, 4PD09, to facilitate customer conversion of the F
25、ederal model 804, released in 2005. 2006 - Completed a full review and cost reduction within the entire ten model product line, in order to maintain competitive pricing. 2008 - Developed a low cost, direct drive pump drive, the Zero Offset Direct Drive (ZODD) product offering, released in 2009. 2010
26、 - Developed a higher horsepower single pad pump drive, model 1PD09, released in 2010. 2011 - Developed a new 4pad in-line pump drive, model 4PD10L, to compete with Funks model 56009, along with a new 3pad in-line pump drive, model 3PD10L, for direct engine mount, both released in 2011. 2012 - Developed the fourteenth model, 2PD05, a smaller 2pad pu
