Firstly, we need to start to think about what kind of future we would like for ourselves and to pass on to the next generation. Secondly, we need to know what decisions we need

4、 to make today that will give the best result in the future.2._It is a great and exciting idea. To start with we must find out if theres a basic need for it. Then we have to think about the system we have todaycars going on the ground, and the transition(n.轉(zhuǎn)變) to a new system. To make it work in thi

5、s example we need two parallel systems. Even if the flying cars are improved to be suitable for city traffic, the investments will be huge for a city to do this. So Im sorry, there will be no road network for flying cars in the next 50 years.3._It is most likely that there is other life in the unive

6、rse since there are billions of solar systems. In the aspect that our solar system is about 4.6 billion years, other civilizations(文明n.) could be 10 million or even 1 billion years ahead of us. With these numbers in mind there is no greater chance that it will make contact with us within the next 50

7、 years than in 100,000 years.4._What we will see in the next 50 years is the transition from an oil-dependent(adj.依靠石油的) society, new medicine, the first steps in the development of artificial intelligence（人工智能）, continued exploration of space.
