求職離職/面試技巧 空乘面試技巧分享 空乘面試時(shí)候不要緊張，保持自信和自然的笑容，一方面可以幫助你放松心情，令面試的氣氛變得更融洽愉快;另一方面，可令考官認(rèn)為你充滿自信，能面對(duì)壓力。面試前應(yīng)對(duì)所有職員保持禮貌，要知道，他們可能成為你的同事。 進(jìn)門前先敲門，和主考人禮貌地打招呼。面試時(shí)談話時(shí)要與考官有恰當(dāng)?shù)难凵窠佑|，給主考官誠(chéng)懇、認(rèn)真的印象。點(diǎn)頭不可太急，否則會(huì)給人留下不耐煩及想插嘴的印象。談話時(shí)切忌東張西望，此舉有欠缺誠(chéng)意之嫌。身體語(yǔ)言：待主考人邀請(qǐng)時(shí)才禮貌地坐下，坐的時(shí)候要保持筆直。 留意自己的身體語(yǔ)言，要大方得體。蹺腿、左搖右擺、雙臂交疊胸前、單手或雙手托腮都不適宜。切忌一些缺乏自信的小動(dòng)作：男士應(yīng)避免把弄衣衫、領(lǐng)帶及將手插進(jìn)褲袋內(nèi);女士不宜經(jīng)常撥弄頭發(fā)，過(guò)分造作。避免把弄手指或原子筆、眼鏡及說(shuō)話時(shí)用手掩嘴。 面試完結(jié)離去時(shí)，向主考人道謝及說(shuō)再見。回答問(wèn)題的態(tài)度：態(tài)度誠(chéng)懇，不宜過(guò)分客套和謙卑。不太明白主考人的問(wèn)題時(shí)，應(yīng)禮貌地請(qǐng)他重復(fù)。 陳述自己的長(zhǎng)處時(shí)，要誠(chéng)實(shí)而不夸張，要視空乘職位的要求，充分表現(xiàn)自己有關(guān)的能力和才干。不懂得回答的問(wèn)題，不妨坦白承認(rèn)，給主考人揭穿反而會(huì)弄巧成拙。語(yǔ)調(diào)：語(yǔ)調(diào)要肯定、正面，表現(xiàn)信心盡量避免中、英文夾雜。盡量少用語(yǔ)氣助詞，避免給主考人一種用語(yǔ)不清、冗長(zhǎng)、不認(rèn)真及缺乏自信的感覺(jué)。講錯(cuò)話要補(bǔ)救
