Play the music yesterday once more for students. Yesterday was important. It always has meaning to us. There were many things which happened yesterday. Some were very important in history. We call them events. So do you remember what you were doing when these events happened?2. Show a video about a famous man. Then ask the following questions:Who is he?What is he?3.Show a video about a famous building. Then ask the following questions:Do you know this famous building?Can you guess what happened?. Pre-reading1.The teacher introduces the new reading skill.2. The students use the new reading skill to answer the questions of 2a.What do you think the passage is about? . While-reading 1. The students read the passage quickly and finish 2b.What are the two events in the passage?When did they happen?2.
