女士們,先生們:打家好今天,我的演講將從一組數(shù)字開(kāi)始。據(jù)官方統(tǒng)計(jì),全國(guó)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生08年495萬(wàn),09年559萬(wàn),10年攀至610萬(wàn),2011年更高達(dá)630萬(wàn),這意味著往年沒(méi)有就業(yè)的畢業(yè)生和現(xiàn)在急需就業(yè)的700萬(wàn)要擠在一起搶飯吃了,這還不夠,退伍軍人,城鎮(zhèn)下崗人員,農(nóng)村農(nóng)民工朋友也心貼心地要和我們擠在一起搶飯吃,這意味著100個(gè)人中將有至少七十人沒(méi)工作。作為當(dāng)代的大學(xué)生,物質(zhì)享受最富有的九零后,走出大學(xué)校門(mén)就面臨事業(yè)已是不爭(zhēng)得事實(shí)。而國(guó)際上,經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)給中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展造成了重大的影響,這一切,把我們當(dāng)代大學(xué)生推到了充滿挑戰(zhàn)而機(jī)遇更少的艱難境地。大學(xué)生如何應(yīng)對(duì)來(lái)自于社會(huì)的挑戰(zhàn)與機(jī)遇使自己在社會(huì)生活中不被淘汰?一、 敢于正視機(jī)遇總是伴隨著挑戰(zhàn)光臨。要想抓住機(jī)遇,就要敢于正視,想到就做,決不拖延。不是所有的人都能抓住機(jī)遇,愚者等待機(jī)會(huì),困難是什么?是弱者的挑戰(zhàn),害怕,就不能及時(shí)地抓住它,它就會(huì)瞬間即逝。二、 在實(shí)踐中提高綜合能力當(dāng)今社會(huì)對(duì)學(xué)歷的重視程度越來(lái)越低,這時(shí),大學(xué)生就應(yīng)該更加關(guān)注自身人力資產(chǎn)的升值,即包括自身的實(shí)踐能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)精神、協(xié)作性能力,對(duì)于知識(shí)的理解吸收能力,這些成為企業(yè)選擇人才越來(lái)越重要的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),大學(xué)生要想更好應(yīng)對(duì)挑戰(zhàn),就需要更加關(guān)注這些。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,新產(chǎn)品新技術(shù)越來(lái)越多;作為科學(xué)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新所必須具備的知識(shí),更新?lián)Q代更是越來(lái)越快,知識(shí)來(lái)源于實(shí)踐。在這個(gè)更新?lián)Q代越來(lái)越快的時(shí)代,在這個(gè)社會(huì)分工越來(lái)越細(xì)的時(shí)代,將書(shū)本教學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際應(yīng)用的學(xué)習(xí)能力和將學(xué)到的東西應(yīng)用于工作和生活的實(shí)踐能力,已經(jīng)成為一個(gè)人綜合素質(zhì)的核心組件,并成為一個(gè)人發(fā)展的根本和基礎(chǔ)。社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力是一個(gè)人綜合素質(zhì)的核心組成部分,只有培養(yǎng)了大學(xué)生的社會(huì)實(shí)踐能力,才能真正的服務(wù)于社會(huì)。機(jī)遇總是垂青有準(zhǔn)備的人。腳踏實(shí)地做準(zhǔn)備工作,萬(wàn)事俱備,只欠東風(fēng),在機(jī)遇來(lái)臨的時(shí)候才能抓住它,從而獲得人生的成功。三、轉(zhuǎn)變擇業(yè)觀念,我們都有令人艷羨的大學(xué)文憑。但是,如果你認(rèn)為有了這張證書(shū)你就可以踏足千里也不怕餓肚子,那么你錯(cuò)了。這張證書(shū),是我們?cè)?jīng)的辛苦奮斗,曾經(jīng)的堅(jiān)持,曾經(jīng)的努力見(jiàn)證,而不是選取職業(yè)高低的憑證。面對(duì)就業(yè),我們要有一個(gè)平和的心態(tài),給自己一個(gè)恰當(dāng)、實(shí)際的職業(yè)定位。不去過(guò)高的要求,先去一個(gè)適當(dāng)?shù)牡胤骄蜆I(yè),解決一下自己暫時(shí)的危機(jī),然后再去選擇自己喜歡的職業(yè)也就不存在就業(yè)難的問(wèn)題了。所以畢業(yè)生應(yīng)該以一種平實(shí)、樂(lè)觀、積極向上的心態(tài)去面對(duì)就業(yè),用樂(lè)觀的精神去實(shí)現(xiàn)自己夢(mèng)想。交流是機(jī)遇,能夠使你自信,自強(qiáng),自足。孔子云:“三人行,必有我?guī)煛!庇袝r(shí),機(jī)遇把自己藏在厚厚的繭里,等待你去找尋。這時(shí),你要寵辱不驚,看庭前花開(kāi)花落;去留無(wú)意,望天上云卷云舒。以一顆平和的心態(tài)看待它?!靶械剿F處, 坐看云起時(shí)。”機(jī)遇往往就會(huì)不期而至。從而成就我們事業(yè)的輝煌。Everythingisgoodinitsseason.萬(wàn)物逢時(shí)皆美好。逆境中抓住機(jī)遇的人,往往更讓人仰視。磨難讓強(qiáng)者更偉大,正所謂“天降降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志”。Will become increasingly fierce.
