學(xué)院簡(jiǎn)介College Profiles中國(guó)計(jì)量學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)院是唯一獲得全球首屆“ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化高等教育獎(jiǎng)”的學(xué)院，是通過(guò)GBT/19001-2008 idt ISO9000：2008質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證的學(xué)院。College of economics and management of China Jiliang University has won the access to the worlds first award for higher education in ISO Standardization,which has passed GBT/19001-2008 idt ISO9000:2008 quality to manage systematic attestation .十多年來(lái)，學(xué)院秉承“精思國(guó)計(jì)、細(xì)量民生”的校訓(xùn)，堅(jiān)持“計(jì)量立校、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)立人、質(zhì)量立業(yè)”的辦學(xué)理念，貫徹“先進(jìn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，精密的計(jì)量，卓越的質(zhì)量”教學(xué)管理方針，堅(jiān)持以貢獻(xiàn)求支持，以特色爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，以創(chuàng)新謀發(fā)展，立足行業(yè)，服務(wù)浙江，面向全國(guó)，走向世界，把學(xué)院打造成為我國(guó)培養(yǎng)“專業(yè)+質(zhì)量”的經(jīng)管類復(fù)合型人才的搖籃。In the past ten years,the college endeavor the universitys motto To care about national economy and to be concerned with people s livelihood,insisting on the Idea of Running a school on “Establishing the school by measurement ,Fostering people by standardization and setting up business by quality. We deeply implement the teaching management policy of advanced standard, precise measurement and excellent quality .We firmly believe that large contribution can get more support, distinguishing feature can get more advantage and innovation can get more return for development. We would keep a foothold at industry , serve Zhejiang province ,orient towards the whole country and finally go to the world,making the college a cradle for the Management-Economics compound talents with profession and quality. 學(xué)院現(xiàn)有教授13名，副教授33名，博士30名，浙江省“151”重點(diǎn)資助、中青年學(xué)科帶頭人等各類省級(jí)人才15名；10人在省級(jí)以上各類組織擔(dān)任理事以上學(xué)術(shù)職務(wù)（其中省政府咨詢委員1名），1人在ISO國(guó)際組織擔(dān)任職務(wù)，1人次擔(dān)任ICES主席。In the ranks of teachers, 13 of them are professors ,33 of them are associate professors and 30 doctors. 15 teachers was elected as Young and Middle-Aged Discipline Leaders and had got particular fund in the 151 Talents Programof Zhejiang Province.10 people have got the academic posts above directors in various organizations above the provincial level.(including one provincial government Advisory Committee ), 1 people serve in international organization ISO and 1 serve as ICES. president.學(xué)科建設(shè)方面。學(xué)院擁有一個(gè)“管理科學(xué)與工程”一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)，一個(gè)“質(zhì)量科學(xué)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工程” 目錄外二級(jí)學(xué)科碩士點(diǎn)。設(shè)有企業(yè)管理、管理科學(xué)與工程、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)四個(gè)學(xué)科。建有浙江省標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)管理人文社科重點(diǎn)研究基地，浙江省標(biāo)準(zhǔn)信息與質(zhì)量安全公共科技創(chuàng)新服務(wù)平臺(tái)，浙江省哲學(xué)社會(huì)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地“浙江省產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策研究中心”和一個(gè)浙江省高?？蒲袆?chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與質(zhì)量管理”。Discipline Construction The college has been authorized to offer master degrees of first level discipline management science and engineering as well as a second level outside-directory discipline quality science and standardization engineering . The College has 4 disciplines,i.e.,the discipline of management, management science and engineering, applied economic and financial accounting.The College has one Key Research Base of Philosophy and Social Science of Zhejiang Province ，one service platform for public scientific and technical innovation of Zhejiang Province ,one key center for social sciences in Zhejiang Province Research center industrial development policy of Zhejiangand an innovation team of Zhejiang Province standardization and quality management.科學(xué)研究方面Scientific Research 2005年以來(lái)，學(xué)院承擔(dān)國(guó)際交流合作項(xiàng)目和國(guó)家級(jí)課題20余項(xiàng)，省部級(jí)重點(diǎn)重大課題10余項(xiàng)，教育部及其他省級(jí)課題100余項(xiàng)，到位科研經(jīng)費(fèi)近2000萬(wàn)元；公開(kāi)發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文500多篇，其中一級(jí)及三大檢索論文出版專著15部；獲省部級(jí)科研和教學(xué)成果11項(xiàng)。學(xué)院教師參加了國(guó)家國(guó)家技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)戰(zhàn)略、國(guó)家質(zhì)量報(bào)告、國(guó)家“十一五”認(rèn)證認(rèn)可標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化規(guī)劃和浙江省標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化戰(zhàn)略的編制工作，撰寫的研究報(bào)告多次被浙江省省長(zhǎng)、國(guó)家質(zhì)監(jiān)局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)傳閱、批示；參與制修訂國(guó)際、國(guó)家、地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)30余項(xiàng)。Ever since 2005, our College has taken more than 20 international cooperative and national projects ,10 projects at the provincial and ministerial level as well as projects from the ministry of education and other provinces .The total amount of ensured research funding have been more than 20 million Yuan; more than 500 academic papers have been published , in which more than 15 articles are of first level or were published by the Three Retrieval Systems ,11 articles have been awarded the scientific and teaching achievement at provincial and ministerial level.School teachers in our College have participated in the editory of strategy for national technical standarlizationnational quality reportplanning for the federal Eleventh Five-year Plan certification and standardization strategy in Zhejiang Province,the research reports have been circulated and instructed by the Governor of Zhejiang Province and leadership of national quality supervision LBureau,which results in over 30 revisions in international ,national and local standards.In the ranks of teachers, 11 of them are professor教學(xué)與人才培養(yǎng)方面Teaching and the Cultivation of Talents 學(xué)院現(xiàn)擁有工商管理、信息管理與信息系統(tǒng)、國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、財(cái)務(wù)管理、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷和金融工程等6個(gè)本科專業(yè)；建有國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化人才培養(yǎng)基地、國(guó)家精品課程“質(zhì)量管理學(xué)”，浙江省教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)“質(zhì)量管理學(xué)”。獲省部級(jí)教學(xué)成果一等、二等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)，與美國(guó)、澳大利亞、新西蘭、日本等國(guó)家開(kāi)展了合作辦學(xué)項(xiàng)目。為我國(guó)質(zhì)量管理和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化領(lǐng)域輸送了大批優(yōu)秀人才。The College has 6 undergraduate programs in business administration ,information management and information system,international economy and trade, financial management ,marketing and financial engineering.It has national culturing base for standardization talents ,National Top Quality Course quality management,teaching group in quality management of Zhejiang Province.We had won 3 first or second level award in teaching achievement at provincial or ministerial level,besides ,we has a joint undergraduate educational program with universities in United States of America ,Australia,New Zealand ,Japan ,etc,providing a large batch of outstanding personnel in area of quality management and standardization each year. 學(xué)生工作方面student work 。多年來(lái)一直秉承“以教為先、已生為本”的教育理念，緊緊把握時(shí)代脈搏，與時(shí)俱進(jìn)，
