Unit 10 Id like some noodles.Section A 1 (1a-2d)一、教學目標: 1. 語言知識目標:1) 能掌握以下單詞: noodles, mutton, beef, cabbage, potato, special, would, would like, order, bowl, size, tofu 能掌握以下句型: What would you like? Im not sure yet. Are there any vegetables in the beef noodles? May I take your order? Can we have two bowls of beef soup then? Sure. What size would you like? Medium, please. 2) 能了解以下語法:情態(tài)動詞would的用法;3)能掌握訂餐或叫外賣等的用語。2. 情感態(tài)度價值觀目標:體會學習英語的樂趣,做到“在用中學”“在學中用”。養(yǎng)成一個良好的飲食習慣。二、教學重難點1. 教學重點:1) 學習掌握本課時的重點詞組及表達方式。2) 引導學生們做聽、說的訓練。2. 教學難點:通過role-play的方式掌握如何訂餐等用語。三、教學過程. Warming-up and lead in 1. Watch a video program about food and vegetables. 2. Ask and answer: Whats your favorite food/drink/vegetables?. Presentation1. (show some pictures of food on the big screen) Present some new words and expressions to the Ss.2. Ss learn the new words and expressions by themselves and try to remember them. 3. Work on 1a: Read the words on the left and look at the pictures on the right. Write the letters of the food on the line. Then check the answers. . Game (Guess the food.)(Show some pictures of food on the big screen)Let Ss guess what food it is.Ss try to guess the food and learn the words. . Listening T: In the following conversation, one man is ordering some food. Now, lets listen to the tape, find out the right noodles the person orders. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and check the answers. . Pair work 1. Present the conversation in 1b on the big screen and ask Ss to practice it.2. Make their own conversations using the noodles in the picture.3. Let some pairs act out their conversations. . Listening 1. Work on 2a; T: Now, look at the pictures on the right, listen to the conversations and check the names of the foods you hear. (Play the recording for the first time, students only listen carefully.Then, listen to the recording again, and check the names of the foods. Check the answers. )2. Work on 2b: (Play the recording for the Ss to listen and complete the sentences.) Play the recording twice. The first time Ss just listen. And the second time, Ss listen and write down the words. (If necessary, use the pause button to help Ss)3. Check the answers. Pair work 1. Ask and answer questions with your partner. Use the information in 2a. 2. Show the conversations of 2a on the big screen to the Ss. 3. Make a model for the Ss. T: What kind of noodles would you like?S1: Id like beef noodles, please.3. Ss work in pairs and practice the conversations. Role-play 1. Ask Ss to read the conversation in 2d and find the answer to this question: What would they like? (They would like one large bowl of beef soup, one gongbao chicken, and one mapo tofu with rice.) 2. Check the answers with the Ss. 3. Ss work with their partners and role-play the conversation.VIII. Grammar Focus. 1. 學生閱讀Grammar Focus中的句子,然后做填空練習。 你想要什么面條? _請給我來牛肉面。_ 你想要什么碗的?_ 請給我來中碗的。 _ 你想來一個大碗嗎? _ 好的。_ 在西紅柿雞蛋湯里有肉嗎? _不,沒有。_ Id = _ Shed = _ 不可數(shù)名詞有:bread, milk, water, _ 既是可數(shù)又是不可數(shù)的名詞: salad, chicken, ice cream, _2. Ss finish off the sentences and check the answers by themselves. 3. 自主探究II. 探究樂園 一、would like意為 “想要某物”,常用句式結(jié)構(gòu): 1. 你想要點什么? What _ you _? 我想要一杯茶。 _ _ a cup of tea. 你想要什么面條? What _ of noodles _ you like? 你想要多大號的毛衣?What _ of sweater _ you like? (以上句型為有禮貌、委婉地表達征求對方的要求) 2. Would you like ? 你想要嗎?這也是用來向?qū)Ψ接卸Y貌地語氣委婉地征求對方要求的句型。其答語為:Yes, please. /OK. /No, thanks. 你想要一些牛奶嗎? _ you _ some milk? 是的,謝謝。/ 不,謝謝。 Yes, _. / No, _.【拓展】Would you like to do sth.? 你愿意做某事嗎? 用來有禮貌地向?qū)Ψ教岢鼋ㄗh或邀請的句型。答語常為“Yes, Id like to.” “Sorry, ”二、可數(shù)名詞與不可數(shù)名詞 1. 可數(shù)名詞:可數(shù)名詞有單數(shù)、復(fù)數(shù)之分。其復(fù)數(shù)形式一般要加-s或-es。如: potato _; tomato _ 2. 不可數(shù)名詞沒有復(fù)數(shù)形式,只有單數(shù)形式。如: some _ (米飯);a lot of _ (牛肉)(1) 不可數(shù)名詞表示數(shù)量的多少時,必須與表示數(shù)量的名詞連用,即“數(shù)詞+表示數(shù)量的名詞(可數(shù)名詞)+ of + 不可數(shù)名詞”,如: 兩玻璃杯果汁 三碗米飯 _ _ of juice _ _ of rice(2) 不可數(shù)名詞做主語時,謂語動詞只能用單數(shù)形式。例如: 在碗里有一些羊肉湯。 There _ _ mutton soup in the bowl. 【拓展】如果不可數(shù)名詞前有復(fù)數(shù)名詞短語修飾時,謂語動詞須用復(fù)數(shù)形式。如:房間里有兩袋子大米。 _ _two bags of rice in the room. .
