Unit 9 Can you come to my party?Section A 1 (1a-1c)一、教學目標: 1. 語言知識目標:1) 能掌握以下單詞:prepare, prepare for, exam, flu2) 能掌握以下句型: Can you come to my party on Saturday afternoon? Sure, Id love to. -Im sorry,I cant.I have to/must. Can you with me/us? Im sorry, I cant. I have to.2) 能了解以下語法: 用情態(tài)動詞can來表達邀請。3)學會表達邀請,學會對邀請進行恰當?shù)拇饛突蚓芙^。2. 情感態(tài)度價值觀目標: 學會人際交往的基本常識,學會有禮貌地邀請別人以及回答別人的邀請的方式。理解“義務”涵義,學會承擔自己應盡的義務,能夠在班級以及社會生活中擔當一定的責任。理解人與人之間的真情,學會珍惜朋友之間、師生之間的友情。 二、教學重難點1. 教學重點:1) 運用所學提出邀請,接受邀請和拒絕邀請。2) 正確使用can, must 等情態(tài)動詞。 2. 教學難點:1) 扎實掌握重點詞匯和表示邀請的句型并能靈活運用。 2) 通過聽力練習和小組合作,理解并能提出邀請并作肯定回答或否定回答。三、教學過程.RevisionT:We just had weekends.Did you do something interesting? I did something interesting.I went to Hangzhou and I visited West Lake.Its very beautiful. Ask1: What did you do on weekends ? Ss answer.Next ask 3 or 4 students to tell us what they did on weekends.Ask2:Do you like your weekends? Why ?引導學生復習 I can /cant do sth.句型以及Can you do ?句型。. Lead-in 1. 在大屏幕上向學生展示一張附有我自己照片的生日派對邀請函。T:My birthday is coming. I am going to have a birthday party .Its on Saturday afternoon. And I will ask you to my birthday party. Can you come to my party?2. Ss try to answer the questions. . Presentation1. 1)引導學生們看大屏幕上正在授課教師的卡通圖片,且圖中該教師正在邀請她的朋友來參加派對以及對話:Can you come to my party? Sure,Id like/love to.引導學生同意邀請時如何答語。2)接下來出示患有感冒模樣的女孩的卡通圖片,引女孩的名字Anna以及短語have the flu,從而引導學生,如果你是此女生,但因患有感冒不能參加派對該回答Im sorry ,I cant.I have the flu.3)用同樣的方式引出卡通人物的圖片以及名字Tim,Wilson,同時由see the doctor,study for a test引出新短語go to the doctor,prepare for an exam以及其他人物名字Kay,Ted和短語help my parents,meet my friend,以及引導學生如何將這些短語用入新句型中-Can you come to my party? -Im sorry ,I cant.I have to.2. 向學生說明回答別人邀請時,所作的兩種類型的答復。.Work in pairs(1)Ask students to work in pairs to practice the dialogue using the phrases that they just learned-Can you come to my party? -Im sorry ,I cant.I have to.(2)Ask students to show their dialogues. Listening 1.(1b)(1). T: Now listen to the recording and write the names next to the correct students in the picture. (2). Play the recording for the first time. Students only listen. Play the recording a second time. Write the name of each person next to his or her picture.(3). Play the recording again. Check the answers with the Ss.2.根據(jù)教學需要以及對學生基礎的了解,對聽力材料做進一步的處理。處理后的聽力材料如下 Sun Ning:Hey,Ted. Can you come to my party?Ted: Im sorry, I cant , Sun Ning.I have to Ca n you come to my party aSun Ning:Too bad.How about you ,Jenny ?Can you come to my party?Jenny: Id love to.Sun Ning:Tim?What about you ?Tim:When is it?Sun Ning:Saturday afternoon.Tim:Oh,no,Icant.I have to p repare for an exam.Sun Ning: What about you,Wilson ?Wilson: Sorry ,I must go to the doctor.Sun Ning:Anna,can you come?Anna:I cant , Sun Ning.I might have to meet my friend.Kay:I cant either, Sun Ning.I hav e the flu.Sun Ning:Thats too bad,Kay.Oh,maybe next time .What a small party. (1) Listen and repeat .Ask stuednts to listen to the tape and reapet.根據(jù)學生的基礎對學生進行進一步的聽力訓練。(2) Fill in the blanks.Ask students to fill in the blanks .Then check the answer.叫幾個學生把印有答案的字條貼在黑板上,全班一起核對答案。. Group work 1. Help students form groups of four-six. Say, one of you is Sun Ning. Sun Ning invites the other students to your party. The other students say “yes” or “no”. Remember to give a reason.2. Have the students work in groups.3. Let some groups to show their conversations. . Role-play 1.T:Its happy to invite oue friends or to be invited to join us to do something. Please invite your friends . Ask students to make their own dialogues. 2. Practice the conversation in groups . Then let some groups to act out the conversations. Homework:1. Before showing the homework to students,ask students not forget to
