英語(yǔ)二寫作(書信)指導(dǎo) 寫作指導(dǎo) 1認(rèn)真審題,明確寫作要求或目的。 根據(jù)寫作要求,可知這是一封詢問(wèn)信。 1)了解詢問(wèn)信的特點(diǎn) 詢問(wèn)信的主要目的是尋求所需,通常包括以下三大方面的內(nèi)容: 開(kāi)頭段(引言部分):,表明寫作意圖,說(shuō)明寫這封信的目的是尋求什么樣的信息或幫助。 主體段(發(fā)展部分):詢問(wèn)具體信息,即就詢問(wèn)的事項(xiàng)提出具體問(wèn)題。 結(jié)尾段(結(jié)尾部分):表達(dá)獲取信息的強(qiáng)烈愿望,提供聯(lián)系方法以便收信人與你聯(lián)系,并對(duì)有關(guān)人員表示感謝。 注意:由于詢問(wèn)有可能給對(duì)方帶來(lái)麻煩,所以措辭要謙虛、誠(chéng)懇。此外,語(yǔ)氣通常比較正式、和緩,要充分表達(dá)感激之情。 2)掌握常用套句 開(kāi)頭: Im writing to request more information about the day tour to London. I shall be looking forward to hearing from you soon. 2注意書信格式 書信的格式通常由信頭、稱呼、書信主體、落款和署名等必要部分組成。 1)信頭:給親友寫信時(shí),信頭里只寫門牌號(hào)碼、街道名和城市名,以及寫信日期。如果是商務(wù)書信,信頭還應(yīng)包括發(fā)信人的公司名稱。 2)信內(nèi)地址(可選):多用于商務(wù)書信,在此處寫收信人的姓名、職務(wù)和地址。 3)主題(可選):多用于商務(wù)書信。 4)稱呼:稱呼中所用的標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào),英國(guó)式常用“,”,美國(guó)式常用“:”。 正式稱呼: a. 當(dāng)寫信的對(duì)象為某團(tuán)體、組織、機(jī)構(gòu)或不知對(duì)方姓名的時(shí)候,一般是這種寫法:Dear Sir or (/) Madam,b. 當(dāng)寫信的對(duì)象為某領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、上司、老板或校長(zhǎng)等上級(jí)的時(shí)候,一般是以下這種寫法: Dear Mr. * (*代表姓) Dear Ms. * Dear Mrs. *(針對(duì)已婚婦女) 非正式稱呼: 當(dāng)寫信的對(duì)象是朋友或熟人的時(shí)候,一般是這種寫法:Dear * (*代表名字,即 Given Name) 5)書信主體:要根據(jù)信件內(nèi)容要求來(lái)進(jìn)行細(xì)致劃分但都講求開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山、不繞彎子,大約寫78句話即可。一般題目會(huì)要求寫三個(gè)信息點(diǎn),所以針對(duì)每個(gè)信息點(diǎn)可寫兩句話,最后寫兩句禮貌用語(yǔ),即可完成整個(gè)信件寫作。 6)落款和署名 根據(jù)寫的對(duì)象不同,也劃分為兩大類: 正式稱呼: a. 當(dāng)寫信的對(duì)象為某團(tuán)體、組織、機(jī)構(gòu)或不知對(duì)方姓名的時(shí)候,一般是這種寫法:Yours faithfully,b. 當(dāng)寫信的對(duì)象為某領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、上司、老板或校長(zhǎng)等上級(jí)的時(shí)候,一般是這種寫法:Yours sincerely,注意:在美國(guó)英語(yǔ)中習(xí)慣寫為:Sincerely yours, 非正式稱呼:當(dāng)寫信的對(duì)象是朋友或熟人的時(shí)候,一般是以下這種寫法: Kind regards, Best wishes, 當(dāng)然還可以有更多的寫法,如:With best wishes, 或All the best, 但常用的為以上兩種。7)附言(可選):在正文后頭,附上需要補(bǔ)充的事項(xiàng)。 8)函內(nèi)附件(可選):在正文后頭,指明隨信附寄物件的名稱和數(shù)量。 另外,書信(尤其是商務(wù)書信)各部分在信紙上的分布位置有不同方案:縮進(jìn)式和齊頭式。 3具體寫作步驟: 第一步:尋找關(guān)鍵詞(即題干標(biāo)注信息)。 第二步:思考寫作的架構(gòu)。 一般而言,完成整個(gè)信件的寫作需要約25分鐘左右時(shí)間,可以先用25分鐘進(jìn)行審題。用1518分鐘行文,用12分鐘檢查。 1)稱呼:由于寫作對(duì)象是某旅行社,因此可以寫為:Dear Sir or Madam,2)主體: 開(kāi)頭段(引言部分)寫法: 開(kāi)門見(jiàn)山,表明寫作意圖 主體段(發(fā)展部分): 結(jié)尾段(結(jié)尾部分) 表達(dá)獲取信息的強(qiáng)烈愿望,提供聯(lián)系方法以便收信人與你聯(lián)系,并對(duì)有關(guān)人員表示感謝。按照英語(yǔ)信件的慣例,在信件最后要有一個(gè)禮貌的結(jié)尾(a polite ending)。 例文: 1 February 16, xx Dear Lucy, Im writing this letter to thank you for your warm hospitality during my visit to your country.
