A Heathy Life教學設計 章丘五中英語組 沈云靜 課程分析：本單元的中心話題是“健康生活”。聽說讀寫等活動主要圍繞如何健身、怎樣成為健康人展開，其中涉及許多社會熱點問題，如抽煙、吸毒、艾滋病、學習與工作壓力等影響健康的棘手問題。本單元引導學生討論這些問題，目的在于讓學生遠離有損身體健康的活動，并養(yǎng)成良好的習慣。隨著經濟發(fā)展和生活水平的提高，人們越來越關注健康的問題，通過討論讓學生真正懂得：一個真正健康的不僅要體格健壯，而且要心智健全。這篇課文是爺爺寫給孫子的幫助孫子如何戒煙的一封信。信中82歲的爺爺提到：他之所以能長壽和充滿活力，主要得益于他健康的生活方式。爺爺年輕的時候也抽過煙，甚至上過癮，因此他知道吸煙容易戒煙難，并以親身體會向孫子介紹了上癮的原因、抽煙的危害和戒煙的方法，告誡孫子把煙戒掉。上癮的原因有三個：尼古丁的藥物作用;；習慣的驅動力量；精神上的依賴性。抽煙的危害有；傷害心臟和肺、不孕、影響身邊不吸煙人的健康、味道難聞、手指發(fā)黃、跑步速度慢、不喜歡運動。戒煙的方法：制定計劃、下定決心、破除舊習、學習自我放松、必要時請求幫助、堅持不懈。學情分析：本人擔任20班的英語教師，20班是文科班，基礎相對薄弱。這篇課文生詞不是很多，結構清晰，學生易理解，知識點不多,因此教學應從實際出發(fā)，注重提高學生的基礎和提高學生的聽說讀寫能力。設計理念：根據探究性學習方式試驗研究的要求，調動學生參與教學的積極性，激發(fā)學生自主探究能動性，促進課堂遷移運用，使課堂充滿生機。倡導自主、合作、探究的學習理念，全面提高學生的英語素質，充分發(fā)揮教學的育人功能，實現學生的主體地位，調動學生學習的積極性。學習目標：1.Read the text and get the generl idea. 2.Comprehend the text and analyse the structure of the text. 3.Master the usage of language points.教學流程：Step1:Lead-in Show a picture of cigarettes and students easily tell what it is.T:As we all know,smoking does harm to our heath,but some people still cant give up smoking.Now,Lets dicuss these two questions.1.
