This level of inspection is made from within touching distance unless otherwise specified. This level of inspection is made under normal available lighting conditions such as daylight, hangar lighting, flashlight or drop-light and may require removal or opening of access panels or doors. Stands, ladders or platforms may be required to gain proximity to the area being checked.B. 工作步驟/Work Instruction1. 一般目視檢查機(jī)身外部蒙皮表面,檢查所有凹坑損傷。Do a detailed visual examination for fuselage exterior skin to ensure all dent damages.a. 對于未超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,詳細(xì)目視檢查或NDT檢查(按需)確定凹坑無其他形式損傷(參考NTM TASK 51-10-08-250-802)。Make sure the unrepaired dents which are less than the allowable damage limits for the applicable SRM no other types of damage by detailed visual examination or using NTM TASK 51-10-08-250-802(as request).b. 對于超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,參考SRM或相關(guān)技術(shù)文件進(jìn)行修理。Make sure the unrepaired dents which are more than the allowable damage limits for the applicable SRM,According with SRM or other technical docments to repair.2. 一般目視檢查機(jī)翼外部蒙皮表面及控制舵面(前緣縫翼、克魯格襟翼、后緣襟翼、副翼、擾流板)表面,檢查所有凹坑損傷。Do a GVI for outer wing exterior skin and flight control surface(LE slat、LE flap、TE flap、aileron、spoiler) to ensure all dent damages.對于未超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,詳細(xì)目視檢查或NDT檢查(按需)確定凹坑無其他形式損傷(參考NTM TASK 51-10-08-250-802)。Make sure the unrepaired dents which are less than the allowable damage limits for the applicable SRM no other types of damage by detailed visual examination or using NTM TASK 51-10-08-250-802(as request).a. 對于超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,參考SRM或相關(guān)技術(shù)文件進(jìn)行修理。Make sure the unrepaired dents which are more than the allowable damage limits for the applicable SRM,According with SRM or other technical docments to repair.3. 一般目視檢查尾翼外部蒙皮表面及控制舵面(升降舵、方向舵)表面,檢查所有凹坑損傷。Do a GVI for empennage exterior skin and flight control surface(elevator、rudder) to ensure all dent damages. a. 對于未超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,詳細(xì)目視檢查或NDT檢查(按需)確定凹坑無其他形式損傷(參考NTM TASK 51-10-08-250-802)。Make sure the unrepaired dents which are less than the allowable damage limits for the applicable SRM no other types of damage by detailed visual examination or using NTM TASK 51-10-08-250-802(as request).b. 對于超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,參考SRM或相關(guān)技術(shù)文件進(jìn)行修理。Make sure the unrepaired dents which are more than the allowable damage limits for the applicable SRM,According with SRM or other technical docments to repair.4. 一般目視檢查發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)氣道蒙皮、風(fēng)扇包皮及反推包皮,檢查所有凹坑損傷。Do a GVI for engine inlet cowl skin、fan cowl skin and thrust reverser outer skin to ensure all dent damages.a. 對于未超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,詳細(xì)目視檢查或NDT檢查(按需)確定凹坑無其他形式損傷(非多孔材料參考NTM TASK 51-10-14-230-801執(zhí)行滲透檢查,鋁合金、鈦合金材料參考NTM TASK 51-10-08-250-802執(zhí)行高頻渦流檢查)。Make sure the unrepaired dents which are less than the allowable damage limits for the applicable SRM no other types of damage by detailed visual examination or using penetrant inspection as per NTM 511014230801 on nonporous materials or HFEC inspection as per NTM 511008250802 on aluminum or titanium alloy materials (as request).b. 對于超出SRM可允許損傷的凹坑,參考SRM或相關(guān)技術(shù)文件進(jìn)行修理。Make sure the unrepaired dents whi
