1、外企員工個人工作總結(jié) 第一篇：外企大酒店經(jīng)理個人工作總結(jié) 一、確立酒店的經(jīng)營計劃發(fā)展規(guī)劃及經(jīng)營方針，制定酒店的經(jīng)營管理目標(biāo)，并指揮實施。 格蘭德假日俱樂部自開業(yè)以來，受諸方面因素影響，經(jīng)營情況不容樂觀，制定2019年度發(fā)展規(guī)劃及經(jīng)營方針即是圍繞著改善經(jīng)營狀況進(jìn)行的，2019年基本確定俱樂部以中餐、西餐、客房三大營業(yè)點為重點，輔以會所、泳池等配套設(shè)施，加強營銷，細(xì)化服務(wù)，提高出品，從而提高酒店整體盈利能力為酒店基本經(jīng)營方針。 2019年度俱樂部原計劃收入為3709.04萬元，實際收入為2329.65萬元，完成率為62.81%。剔除中餐收入影響，俱樂部計劃收入為1613.40元，實際收入為1648

2、.69元，完成率為102.19%。其中西餐計劃收入為401萬元，實際收入為436.29萬元，完成率為108.8%，客房計劃收入為1186萬元，實際完成1145萬元，完成率為96.5%。 為推動住房，帶動消費，俱樂部在經(jīng)營方面主要采取以下措施保證經(jīng)營持續(xù)增長： 1、對住房客人增設(shè)了免費的游泳項目，對商務(wù)客房推出了每月住房累計滿五間贈送泳票一張的優(yōu)惠活動，以此激勵商務(wù)公司的訂房并對新開業(yè)的游泳池起宣傳推廣作用。 2、針對6月下旬的住房預(yù)售低，實行對散客和商務(wù)住房贈送早餐，對旅行社調(diào)低周末價來吸引住客。 3、把西餐廳定位成華強北至高觀景的中高檔西餐廳，細(xì)化服務(wù)，加強出品。抓住五一黃金周契機，自5月1

5、展了大量的培訓(xùn)工作，要求各部門每月制訂培訓(xùn)計劃，以第二季度為例，累計培訓(xùn)時間為242.5小時，其中四月份為101.5小時，五月份為67.5小時，六月份為73.5小時。部門平均培訓(xùn)課程在6節(jié)/月，人均月平均培訓(xùn)課時約8小時，接近優(yōu)秀企業(yè)培訓(xùn)課時指數(shù)的中上水平。 酒店初步建立了統(tǒng)一的培訓(xùn)師制度，人力資源部加強了對基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn)師的能力指導(dǎo)訓(xùn)練，集中組織了“培訓(xùn)技能實踐課程”和一些基礎(chǔ)的管理知識和專業(yè)知識課程。加大培訓(xùn)考試的力度，組織編制西餐、前廳、管家、財務(wù)收銀等部門各崗位試卷共12份。為將來實行各崗位轉(zhuǎn)正、調(diào)職、晉升等考核打下基礎(chǔ)。 六、發(fā)動廣大員工群策群力，搞好民主管理工作;關(guān)心員工生活，不斷改善員

7、廳提供給員工的大多為售賣區(qū)剩余積壓的食物，不僅味道差，甚至出現(xiàn)變質(zhì)食物，員工普遍反映吃不飽、吃不好，工作情緒受影響，也是員工流失率高的原因之一。為改變此狀況，俱樂部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層經(jīng)商議，決定在26樓辦公區(qū)自行開辦員工餐，自12月6日開餐以來，由于食物干凈衛(wèi)生、味道可口，得到了員工的一致好評。 再次，針對今年以來深圳市特區(qū)對勞動法的執(zhí)法力度的不斷加強，俱樂部加強了員工用工手續(xù)和勞動合同的管理，并按照相關(guān)法規(guī)給每個員工購買社會保險。這樣雖然會造成工資成本的小幅度提高，但對于提高員工歸屬感、避免潛在的法律風(fēng)險也起到了不可估量的作用。 通過以上措施的實施，可以看到俱樂部的人員流動率在12月份達(dá)到了最低，僅為4

9、織人員進(jìn)行圖紙會審，重新確定思路，解除不合作裝飾公司合約，吸引有實力、有資質(zhì)、有經(jīng)驗承建商共同合作，現(xiàn)已完成以下幾項主體工程： 1、弱電工程：電話線、視頻線、網(wǎng)絡(luò)線鋪設(shè);消控室和總機房靜電地板項目。有線電線設(shè)施完成90%。目前唯有衛(wèi)星接收系統(tǒng)項目處于洽談中。 2、設(shè)備工程：完成空調(diào)主機安裝、水泵安裝、鍋爐、別墅熱水器的安裝。目前未完成項目有電源、煤氣設(shè)備。 3、裝修工程：完成別墅外墻油漆及90%別墅裝修;主樓裝修完成90%(包括水、電、地、墻、天花);酒店外墻大理石完成80%。 4、其它工程：完成外圍欄、別墅中間藝術(shù)長廊、酒店廣場、店標(biāo)石。園林工程、海邊休閑涼亭完成90%;酒店停車場完成90%
