6、 conduct the payment according to this agreement.b) 甲方應(yīng)積極配合乙方在施工中遇到的設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題的意見(jiàn)征詢，以便項(xiàng)目準(zhǔn)確按甲方要求完成；b) Party A should give its prompt co-operation with the design arrangement consulting issue to enhance the on time completion of the project according to party As requirementc) 工程保修期間如由于人為原因造成損壞以及損耗，甲方自行承擔(dān)維修費(fèi)

7、用；c) During the project quality guarantee period, party A should be reliable for financing the repair fee of the loss and damages due to improper usage and handling.d) 工程完成后經(jīng)雙方驗(yàn)收合格并交付甲方使用，如有工程質(zhì)量問(wèn)題甲方有權(quán)要求乙方整改，待合格后方與乙方結(jié)帳。問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重并造成甲方損失的，有權(quán)要求乙方予以賠償；d) After the completion of the project with the quality as

8、sessment of the both parties, party A is entitled to request party B for repair if there exists quality defects, and party A could conduct its payment after its acceptance of the project quality. It the defect is severe enough to cause the loss of party A, party A is entitled to claim with party Be)

9、 在裝修期間產(chǎn)生的裝修押金、物業(yè)管理費(fèi)、工程管理費(fèi)、水電費(fèi)等由甲方承擔(dān)。e) Party A is reliable for the miscellaneous expense during the project such as: decoration deposit, property management fee, project management fee, and water & power expense, etc.F乙方義務(wù)及權(quán)利FOBLIGATION AND AUTHORITY OF PARTY Ba) 乙方有義務(wù)在規(guī)定工期內(nèi)保質(zhì)保量完成，經(jīng)雙方驗(yàn)收如期交付甲方使用；a) P

10、arty B is reliable for the on time completion of the project with the quality standard and hand-over for party Bs usage after the quality assessment of the both parties.b) 在施工期間乙方有義務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)大樓物業(yè)管理部門(mén)，并遵守物業(yè)管理部門(mén)的規(guī)定；b) Party B is reliable to coordinate with building management with the building management dep

11、artment and obey the regulation set by the department,c) 工程結(jié)束后，乙方有義務(wù)提供裝修之項(xiàng)目的及時(shí)維修；c) After the completion, party B is reliable of the prompt maintenance of the project items.d) 工程期間，如由于甲方不能如期支付工程款項(xiàng)而造成乙方損失，乙方有權(quán)要求甲方予以賠償；d) During the project, if party A fail to conduct its payment to party B on time an

12、d causes the loss of party B Party B is entitled to claim such loss from party Ae) 若在施工期間乙方發(fā)生工傷及其它意外事故，其責(zé)任完全由乙方承擔(dān)；f) 乙方應(yīng)保證甲方所有設(shè)施不受損壞和污染，工程完成后應(yīng)清理所有的污漬和垃圾；g) 甲方在裝修期間支付 “物業(yè)管理公司”的裝修押金，如因施工隊(duì)原因而造成扣除的，其扣除部分由施工隊(duì)承擔(dān)。G本協(xié)議一式兩份，經(jīng)雙方簽字生效。雙方各持一份，每份具有同等法律效力。G.
