2、cruitme nt process to assist the bus in ess to employ only skilled and tale nted people who are alig ned with the bus in ess culture and objectives.?招聘過程是一個雙向的過程,這要求企業(yè)以企業(yè)吸引人的地方和空缺的職位作為交換,來吸引熟練人員申請該職位。The recruitme nt process is a two-way process which requires the bus in ess to reciprocate the attra
