54、公共走廊墻面、電梯間及其它共用區(qū)域懸掛、張貼、附置或以其它方式放置任何廣告、標識、招貼或其它資料。party b shall not hang, affix, or display any advertisement, signboard, poster or any other materials on outside window, outside wall, public aisle wall, elevator or other public area without the prior consents of party a and management department.15 乙方在承租期內(nèi)不得將全部或部分房屋轉(zhuǎn)租、分租或借予第三方。during the lease term , party b shall not sub-let or assign the lease to any third party.16 乙方在其經(jīng)營活動中,不得宣稱或令顧客誤認為其與甲方關(guān)系屬合作、合營、合伙、聯(lián)營或關(guān)聯(lián)企業(yè)關(guān)系。party b shall not represent or otherwise mislead the c
