SAVIO--ORION車頭(主吸風(fēng))變頻器損壞后的應(yīng)急改裝

1、SAVIO-ORION 車頭（主吸風(fēng)）變頻器損壞后的應(yīng)急改裝 28/05 2008 Modificati on n eeds a new con tactor same as KM4(bobb in 110V ac)a nd a thermal protect ion to beset at 20 A The new con tactor will be n amed KM0 and the thermal protect ion QM0 改裝需要增加一個(gè)新接觸器，與KM4 (線圈電壓 110VAC) 樣及一個(gè)熱繼電器，將它調(diào) 到20A。新接觸器可命名為 KM0,新的熱繼電器可命名為QM0。

2、POWER CIRCUIT 主回路 1- Jump impedances L2 by connecting directly KM4 and KMO 跳過 L2,直接將 KM4 和 KM0 相連 2- Connect QM0 under KM0QM0 接在 KM0 下 3- Connect motor under QMO電機(jī)接在 QM0 下 PILOT CIRCUIT 控制回路 1- Disco nn ect auxiliary con tacts of KA31 and KA30 斷開 KA31 和 KA30 的所有接點(diǎn) 2- Connect 114 at auxiliary con tac

3、t of QM0( the con tact must be closed whe n the power con tacts on QMO are closed)114號(hào)線接在 QM0的輔助接點(diǎn)一端 3- Conn ect the a NO con tact of KA31 un der the con tact of QM0 above men tio nedKA31 的常 開接點(diǎn)接在QM0輔助接點(diǎn)的另一端 4- Co nn ect the bobbin of KM0 un der the NO con tact of KA31 above men tio ned KA31 的常開 另一端

4、與 KM0的線圈一端相連 5- Conn ect the other con tact of the bobbin of KM0 at 112KM0 線圈的另一端與 112 號(hào)相連 6- Connect 202 at a NO con tact of KM0202 號(hào)和 KM0 的常開相連 7- Conn ect 210 at the above men tio ned con tact of KM0 KM0 常開的另一端與 210 號(hào)相連 Set INVERTER TDE ” without thermal protect ion of the motor and without check of curre nt “TDE 變頻器”的 motor temperature probe”和overloading motor ”二項(xiàng)前的勾去掉 Mach ine should start and stop in the sta ndard way , by press ing start
