3、至少每季度一次或在必要時隨時向甲方提供市場報告，內(nèi)容包括與本協(xié)議代理商品的進(jìn)口與銷售有關(guān)的地方規(guī)章的變動、當(dāng)?shù)厥袌霭l(fā)展趨勢以及買方對甲方按協(xié)議供應(yīng)的貨物的品質(zhì)、包裝、價格等方面的意見。乙方還承擔(dān)向甲方提供其他供應(yīng)商類似商品的報價和廣告資料。9廣告及費(fèi)用乙方負(fù)擔(dān)本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)在新加坡銷售代理商品做廣告宣傳的一切費(fèi)用，并向甲方提交所用于廣告的聲像資料，供甲方事先核準(zhǔn)。10傭金對乙方直接獲取并經(jīng)甲方確認(rèn)接受的訂單，甲方按凈發(fā)票售價向乙方支付5的傭金。 傭金在甲方收到每筆訂單的全部貨款后才會支付。11政府部門間的交易在甲、乙雙方政府部門之間達(dá)成的交易不受本協(xié)議條款的限制，此類交易的金額也不應(yīng)計入第五條

4、規(guī)定的最低業(yè)務(wù)量。12工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，為銷售有關(guān)洗衣機(jī)，乙方可以使用甲方擁有的商標(biāo)，并承認(rèn)使用于或包含于_中的任何專利商標(biāo)、版權(quán)或其他工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)為甲方獨(dú)家擁有。 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)侵權(quán)，乙方應(yīng)立即通知甲方并協(xié)助甲方采取措施保護(hù)甲方權(quán)益。13協(xié)議有效期本協(xié)議經(jīng)有關(guān)雙方如期簽署后生效，有效期為_年，從_年_月_日至_年_月_日。除非作出相反通知，本協(xié)議期滿后將延長_個月。14協(xié)議的終止在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，如果一方被發(fā)現(xiàn)違背協(xié)議條款，另一方有權(quán)終止協(xié)議。15不可抗力由于水災(zāi)、火災(zāi)、地震、干旱、戰(zhàn)爭或協(xié)議一方無法預(yù)見、控制、避免和克服的其他事件導(dǎo)致不能或暫時不能全部或部分履行本協(xié)議，該方不負(fù)責(zé)任。但是，受
