28、d rules7.1 the exhibition venue specifications(1) floor load bearing capacity: 1 # hall 1 ton/m2 pavilion; 2 # hall 2 tons per square meter.(2) height limit: no.1hall - 3.5 m high; no.2 -hall 3.5 m high; all set up (no more than 3.5 m)(3) for the pillars inside pavilion- see the booth chart drawing;

29、7.2 ventilation equipment: air conditioning7.3 power supply organizers provide basic lighting for exhibition venues, the standard power supply as follows: (1) the single-phase 220 v (v) 50 hertz (hz) (2) three phase 380 volt (v) 50 hertz (hz)power supply is cut off 30 minutes after the exhibition bo

30、oths are shut down, if extra power supply or 24 hours a day supply required, please apply with the organizing committee 20 days prior to the opening ceremony and is extra costs.7.4 power equipmentsin order to ensure safety, besides space-unit exhibitors, all electrical installation must be made by t

31、he contractors. exhibitor can decorate as in the listed in table 27.5 cases storagein the hall there is no place for exhibitors storage wooden boxes, cartons and other items. so the exhibitors should contact shipping company to handle matters relating to storage. or contact the host: beijing ldtj in

32、ternational trade development co,ltd7.6 fire prevention measures (1) exhibitors should take all measures to ensure the safety of the conference of the fire all personnel possessions and exhibits are banned in a stadium beside the fire escape and fire control facilities. (2) iron, induction cooker, e

33、lectric kettle and other electric appliances are prohibited. (3) iodine tungsten lamp, high-pressure pump light and high temperature of lamps shall be forbidden to use near the booth, led energy-saving lamps are only allowed to use. all the losses resulting from careless accidents shall be paid by t

34、he responsible.7.7 smoking is strictly forbidden in the pavilion8. exhibition rules8.1 the exhibition conditions (1) exhibitors must ensure compliance with all of chinas entry visa and health requirements. must abide by the laws, regulations, and policies of the peoples republic of china. all foreig

35、n exhibits and information shall go through the formalities of customs declaration. (2) exhibitors should submit registration or fax copy of business license. management of red coral exhibitors must carry franchise license license.8.2 cancel of exhibitionin case of uncontrollable disaster or events

36、prior to the opening of the exhibition, such as: flood, fire, earthquake, war, political events, government regulation and other force majeure factors, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the exhibition and change the date, venue scale, will not be held responsible for any losses. the exhibit

37、ion fees, will be returned to the exhibitors in proportion after deducting the operation cost.8.3 terminate participation qualificationsin case of following situations the organizer has the right to immediately terminate the exhibition booth of the exhibitor and closed its exhibits, without giving a

38、ny prior notice. the relevant expenses to be borne by the exhibitor himself:(1) if the exhibitors nature do not comply to the purpose of the exhibition and their behavior affect the rights and interests of other exhibitors exhibition activities.(2) if exhibitor do not enter the exhibition booth 30 m

39、inutes prior to the opening day of the exhibition. exhibitors are regarded as giving up, the fees will not be refunded.(3) if the exhibitors were found to have discriminatory attitude towards some of the visitors of the exhibition.(4) if the exhibitors in the exhibition, participation rights termina

40、ted by the organizer according to the rules of the exhibition.8.4 participation badges/id cardbadges must be worn during exhibitor admission in the venue. prohibited to lend to others, if badges should be retained or lost or as a result of lending to others causing accident, should be jointly and se

41、verally liable. 8.5 booth using(1) during the exhibition booths must be placed within the exhibits. exhibitors can enter the venue daily one hour before the exhibition starts and arrange all exhibits. before the end of the exhibition exhibits shall not leave in advance, in case of special circumstan

42、ces, required to apply to the organizing committee in advance and go through the formalities of the pavilion, private transfer will not be accepted, if so all transactions will not be returned.(2) the exhibitors shall not stall transfer, sublet or in any form use a third party. if such is found, boo

43、th arrangements will not be made in the next exhibition.staff of non- participating companies shall not work in the booth (3) the exhibitors shall not place any form of commercial activity outside of booth.(including: placement, selling and advertisement of goods and materials, etc.), more cant outs

44、ide scope of occupancy.(4) restrictions on the use of loudspeaker or microphone.all audio and video equipment setting and sound are not to affect and interfere with other exhibitors and visitors. if the organizers find the volume is beyond the acceptable level and not controlled upon advice, the org

45、anizer reserves the right to terminate its use.(5) the exhibitors shall not use any nature of flammable liquid, decorative material banned within national legislation within the venue.(6) if the exhibitors booth structures is still vacant in the designated period, the organizer has the right to take

46、 back the booth and redistribute, the participation fee will not be returned.(7) all activities in the booth should be performed so as not to disturb the order of the exhibition hall.8.6 leave permissiona. at the end of the exhibition, exhibitors must fill in the consultation form. exhibitors are re

47、quired to show on the last day (april 27)fill the consultation form and submit to the organizers. provided information will be used solely for statistical purposes, kept strictly confidential. only comprehensive statistics data will be released to the outside without having to consult the exhibitors

48、.b. new exhibits are not allowed after the exhibition opening. the exhibits shall not leave the exhibition before the end of the exhibitions. exhibitors are required to leave the show with the official permit to take the exhibits to the security personnel. 8.7 business rules and personal behavior(1)

49、 the exhibitors must have a good business ethics, and may not be within the venue selling inferior or defective goods,(such as the jade b class and c class goods, etc.). if discovered the organizer reserves the right to stop the exhibitors booth. the organizer will strictly inspect the goods if foun

50、d that the problem must be dealt seriously(2) if the organizers think exhibitors have inappropriate business activities,if the organizer considers exhibitors inappropriate commercial activities , the use of questionable means of propaganda , activities or improper operating practices and national laws, policies conflict , the organizer has the right to immediately terminate the activit
