5、meter1fluidtech空氣壓縮機(jī) compassor1fluidtech機(jī)具計(jì)劃表construction plant and equipment list 進(jìn)度計(jì)劃 subconstrucor schedule一、 項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃本工程由我單位根據(jù)美施威爾公司的要求,承諾的本工程的工期如下:總施工工期為100天(不含前期準(zhǔn)備時(shí)間)。我單位根據(jù)本次工程的工作量和施工特點(diǎn),編制了本工程的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃附后,對(duì)工程的各個(gè)主要節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行里程碑式的管理并保證符合美施威爾公司的完成時(shí)間要求。我公司編制本工程詳細(xì)的施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,并可根據(jù)實(shí)際情況作相應(yīng)的提前或順延。in compliance with

8、度計(jì)劃附后;the progress schedule is attached hereunder. 二、進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的管理 progress schedule control2.1 進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理的內(nèi)容 items to control(a) 根據(jù)合同工期的要求,編制工程總進(jìn)度網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃、周計(jì)劃,并按計(jì)劃管理程序?qū)嵤stablish a master progress network schedule and weekly plans based on the requirement for completion time defined in the contract and carry th
9、em out in accordance with the schedule management procedure,(b) 督促、檢查各有關(guān)部門對(duì)勞動(dòng)力、材料、施工機(jī)具、運(yùn)輸車輛及加工品的供應(yīng)情況。supervise and inspect each department concerned for the supply of workforce, materials, construction machinery, transport vehicles and finished products.(c) 督促、檢查施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)道路、水、電及動(dòng)力的使用情況,從而建立正常施工秩序。supervi
10、se and inspect the worksite for the utilization of access roads, water, power and other utilities with an aim to establish regular order at the worksite. (d) 迅速正確在傳達(dá)項(xiàng)目部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對(duì)施工方面的各項(xiàng)決定,并督促檢查執(zhí)行情況。communicate every decision of the project management regarding construction rapidly and accurately and superv
11、ise and monitor its implementation.(e) 每周定期召開項(xiàng)目施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)會(huì),并檢查會(huì)議決議的執(zhí)行情況。summon regular worksite production meetings on a weekly basis to check the fulfillment of resolutions reached at the meetings.2.2 進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)施 implementation of progress schedule實(shí)施進(jìn)度計(jì)劃過程中,在執(zhí)行計(jì)劃時(shí)以項(xiàng)目施工總計(jì)劃為主導(dǎo)依據(jù),同時(shí),周、月計(jì)劃與總計(jì)劃互相銜接,互為條件組成一個(gè)計(jì)劃實(shí)施
12、保證體系,最后以施工計(jì)劃任務(wù)書的方式下達(dá)給各施工專業(yè)以保證實(shí)施。in the courses of progress schedule implementation, the master project schedule shall be treated as the top criterion for plan execution and weekly and monthly plans are maintained in close links with it, forming a mutually-conditional assurance system for plan execut
13、ion. finally, it shall be sent down to each discipline of construction in the form of scheduled task assignment for ensured execution.2.3 進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的檢查 inspection of progress schedule(a) 時(shí)間與方法 time and methods(1) 本項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃?rùn)z查為日常檢查,隨時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時(shí)采取措施予以調(diào)整。routine inspection shall be carried out for this project. pro
14、mpt actions shall be taken for readjustment once a problem is detected.(2) 節(jié)點(diǎn)檢查:以主要工程節(jié)點(diǎn)為考核依據(jù),特別注意關(guān)鍵線路上各節(jié)點(diǎn)的完成情況。inspection of nodes: assessment shall be based on the completion of nodes, especially of those on critical lines.(b) 檢查結(jié)果處理:施工進(jìn)度檢查,建立及時(shí)報(bào)告制度,向項(xiàng)目部及時(shí)通報(bào)工程項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行過程中各關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)。handling of inspecti

17、施工管理主動(dòng)權(quán)、控制施工生產(chǎn)局面,保證工程進(jìn)度的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。本項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃體系將以日、周、月和總控計(jì)劃構(gòu)成工期計(jì)劃為主線,并由此派生出供貨商招標(biāo)計(jì)劃和進(jìn)場(chǎng)計(jì)劃、技術(shù)保障計(jì)劃、商務(wù)保障計(jì)劃、物資供應(yīng)計(jì)劃、質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)與控制計(jì)劃、安全防護(hù)計(jì)劃、后勤保障等一系列計(jì)劃,在各項(xiàng)工作中做到未雨綢繆,并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,適時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整、糾偏,使進(jìn)度計(jì)劃管理形成層次分明、深入全面、動(dòng)態(tài)跟蹤、行之有效、貫徹始終制度。the establishment of a perfect schedule assurance system is a key to the mastery of the initiative in cons
18、truction management, control of construction situation and assurance of work progress. the scheduling system of this project takes daily, weekly, monthly and master control plans as its mainlines, from which a series plans respectively for vendor bid invitation, mobilization, technical assurance, co
19、mmercial assurance, materials supply, quality inspection and control, safety and accident prevention, logistics support etc. are derived. efficient preventive means have been devised for each work and are momentarily adjustable to obviate deviations in response to the actual situation so as to achie
20、ve a distinctively hierarchical management of the progress schedule enabling in-depth, all-round, dynamic and efficient tracing of work performance throughout the process. (2) 嚴(yán)格實(shí)行計(jì)劃核查制度,由生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃部對(duì)每天的工作完成檢查核對(duì)匯總,并繪制實(shí)際完成標(biāo)示與計(jì)劃進(jìn)度進(jìn)行比較,校核生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和進(jìn)度執(zhí)行情況。同時(shí)將每日工作報(bào)表上報(bào)給美施威爾計(jì)劃控制部門審核。enforce a strict plan audit system

(4)周、日計(jì)劃 weekly a
23、nd daily plans是以文本格式和橫道圖的形式表述作業(yè)計(jì)劃,計(jì)劃管理人員隨工程例會(huì)下發(fā),并進(jìn)行檢查、分析和計(jì)劃安排。通過日計(jì)劃確保周計(jì)劃、周計(jì)劃確保月計(jì)劃、月計(jì)劃確保階段計(jì)劃、階段計(jì)劃確保總體控制計(jì)劃的控制手段,使階段目標(biāo)計(jì)劃考核分解到每一日、每一周。weekly and daily plans describe job plans in texts and bar charts. these plans are issued by the schedule controller at regular working meetings for review, analysis and
24、work assignment. daily plans ensure weekly plans. weekly plans ensure monthly plans. monthly plans ensure stage plans. stage plans ensure the master progress schedule. by means of this control method, the assessment of target fulfillment for each stage plan is broken down to each day and week.3.1.3施
25、工配套保證計(jì)劃 auxiliary construction assurance plans(1)方案計(jì)劃 schematic planning此計(jì)劃要求的是擬編制的施工組織設(shè)計(jì)或施工方案的最遲提供期限?!胺桨赶刃?、樣板引路”是保證工期和質(zhì)量的法寶,通過方案和樣板制訂出合理的工序,有效的施工方法和質(zhì)量控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在進(jìn)場(chǎng)后,我們將編制各專業(yè)的系列化方案計(jì)劃,與工程施工進(jìn)度配套。schematic planning is intended to set up the deadline of construction method statement or work execution plan co
26、mpilation. “planning in advance and guidance with prototypes” is a magic weapon for ensuring as-scheduled completion and construction quality. rational work processes, effective construction methods and quality control criteria will be derived from the schemes and prototypes. after mobilization, we
27、shall make serialized schemes for each discipline to match the construction progress.(2)分供方計(jì)劃 vendor plan此計(jì)劃要求的是在分項(xiàng)工程開工前所必須的供應(yīng)商合約最近簽訂期限和材料到貨時(shí)間。由于本工程的要求較高,所以對(duì)分供方的選擇是極其重要的工作。在此計(jì)劃中充分體現(xiàn)對(duì)分供方的發(fā)標(biāo)、資質(zhì)審查、考察、報(bào)審和合同簽訂期限和材料到貨時(shí)間要求。在進(jìn)場(chǎng)后,我們將編制各分供方計(jì)劃,與工程施工進(jìn)度配套。this plan is required to prescribe the latest time of con
28、tract conclusion with materials vendors and the latest delivery of materials necessary for the commencement of any work package. as the project imposes strict engineering requirements, the selection of qualified vendors is of extreme importance. the requirements for invitation to bidding vendors, pr
29、equalification, investigation, application for approval, time of contract signing and materials delivery are all detailed in this plan. after mobilization, we shall make a plan for each vendor to match the construction progress. (3)施工機(jī)械進(jìn)出場(chǎng)計(jì)劃 construction machinery mobilization and evacuation plan此計(jì)劃
30、要求的是分項(xiàng)工程所必須使用的設(shè)備進(jìn)場(chǎng)計(jì)劃以及施工機(jī)械設(shè)備的最晚進(jìn)出場(chǎng)期限,從而達(dá)到保證施工的需求。this plan is required to prescribe the latest time of mobilization and evacuation of equipment and construction machinery necessary for work packages to meet the needs of work execution.(4)人力計(jì)劃 manpower plan此計(jì)劃要求的是分項(xiàng)工程必須根據(jù)自身的工作進(jìn)度要求,編制本工程的各工種需求情況,最遲要求到
31、場(chǎng)時(shí)間和數(shù)量。此計(jì)劃保證我單位從人力資源上對(duì)我項(xiàng)目實(shí)施有效和及時(shí)的人力支援。this plan is required to schedule the demand, latest mobilization time and minimum quantity of manpower needed for execution of each discipline of each work package based on its own work progress requirements. this plan will ensure our efficient and timely manpo
32、wer support to the project from our headoffice. , (5)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)驗(yàn)收計(jì)劃 quality inspection and acceptance plan分部分項(xiàng)工程驗(yàn)收是保證下一分部分項(xiàng)工程盡早插入的關(guān)鍵,本工程由于工期緊,分部分項(xiàng)驗(yàn)收必須及時(shí),驗(yàn)收必須分段進(jìn)行。此項(xiàng)驗(yàn)收計(jì)劃需美施威爾公司質(zhì)量監(jiān)督部門密切配合。quality inspection and acceptance of a work package is critical to the earliest possible start of its succeeding one. du
33、e to the tight work schedule, inspection and acceptance of work packages must be performed on schedule and section by section. this quality inspection and acceptance plan needs intimate cooperation from the quality supervision office of m+w3.2人、財(cái)、機(jī)、料的保障 workforce, financial, machinery and materials

(c) 合理組織人、財(cái)、物等綜合資源,加強(qiáng)管理,嚴(yán)格控制成本;make optimum and comprehensive utilization of all manpower, financial and materials resources, enforce intensified management and strict cost control. (d) 制止施工中一切忽視質(zhì)量、安全的做法,對(duì)情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的(已經(jīng)或預(yù)測(cè)將來會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重后果)有權(quán)命令其返工或停工整改;
