1、合作研究協(xié)議書撰寫說(shuō)明及范本基本內(nèi)容（但不僅限于如下部分）：1.合作研究題目2.雙方主持人和主要參加者包括合作雙方主持人和主要參加者的列表。3.合作研究計(jì)劃、分工和進(jìn)度簡(jiǎn)述研究課題的內(nèi)容，清楚闡明合作雙方分別承擔(dān)的研究工作和相應(yīng)責(zé)任， 必要時(shí)需提出時(shí)間表。4.經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源和使用簡(jiǎn)述雙方合作研究的經(jīng)費(fèi)來(lái)源和如何使用，必要時(shí)外國(guó)合作方需提供相關(guān)證 明或書面承諾5.知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)歸屬、使用和轉(zhuǎn)移闡述合作研究成果的歸屬、使用或共享等有關(guān)約定；6.研究期限、變更和退出寫明合作研究的起止日期，如何處理項(xiàng)目結(jié)題前項(xiàng)目主持人和主要參加人的 變更等。7.協(xié)議法律效力的約定協(xié)議生效、有效期、中止等的有關(guān)約定8.雙方項(xiàng)目主持

11、. Ownership, Use and Transfer of the Intellectual PropertyIn tellectual property rights of the project cover all results obta ined with in the project.
