5、rea of rickers and strengthen the erection stability. 2） 架設(shè)用材料選用須符合下列要求：the scaffolding materials should comply with the following requirements: a) 架桿選用48mm，壁厚3.5mm的鋼制管道，材質(zhì)符合gb7008-79對(duì)q-235a鋼的要求。use the steel tubes 48mm with 3.5mm thick wall as the scaffold poles. the materials should be in accordan

6、ce with the requirements to steel q-235a by gb7008-79. b) 扣件選用型號(hào)為kt-33-8的可鍛鑄鐵，扣件緊固用螺栓選用材質(zhì)為q-235a鋼制作。use the mollealle iron kt-33-8 to be the fasteners. bolts to fix fasteners should be fabricated by steel q-235a.c) 跳板選用材質(zhì)為q-235a鋼制作，厚度不低于2mm。use steel q-235a to fabricate the planks, with thickness 2m

7、m or more.4.2 腳手架搭設(shè)型式及設(shè)備平臺(tái)安裝順序scaffolding erection type and installation sequence of platform of equipments1） 采用雙排扣件式井字腳手架。the scaffolding shall be double-row “#”-shape scaffolding with fasteners.2） 設(shè)備平臺(tái)、附塔管線安裝順序：腳手架搭設(shè)到每層平臺(tái)處后（離設(shè)備平臺(tái)約1.2米），安裝設(shè)備平臺(tái)及與下層設(shè)備連接直梯；設(shè)備平臺(tái)安裝完畢后，繼續(xù)往上搭設(shè)腳手架，安裝設(shè)備平臺(tái)和爬梯。（見附圖1）。 install

13、oles must keep a certain distance from the tower shell. 3） 所搭成的架設(shè)須整齊規(guī)范：立桿、橫桿均須均勻布置，立桿在一條垂直線上，橫桿在同一水平面上，掃地桿應(yīng)沿縱向、橫向連續(xù)搭設(shè)且距地面200mm。立桿采用雙立桿，立桿縱距小于等于1.5米，橫距不大于1.3米；大橫桿步距不大于1.8米。the erected scaffolding must be in order and standard: the rickers and cross rods should be arranged uniformlyrickers should be i

17、caffolding erection section drawing5） 跳板固定必須符合下列要求（鋪板平面圖見下頁(yè)）：planks fixing should comply with the following requirements: a) 跳板鋪設(shè)時(shí)，除與架桿連接牢固外，板與板之間應(yīng)靠攏并用鐵絲捆綁連接?？v向跳板之間必須搭接，且搭接不少于300mm。for the planks laying, the planks should be connected with the scaffolding poles firmly. besides, the planks must be cl

18、ose to each other and be bound by the iron wire. the longitudinal planks must be overlap connected with minimum overlapping length 300mm.b) 跳板固定與連接用10#14#鍍鋅鐵絲，鐵絲接頭必須設(shè)置在跳板的側(cè)面或下面; 跳板表面不得露出鐵絲。fix and connect the planks by galvanized iron wire 10#14#. the wire joints must be set at the side of the plank

19、s or under the planks. wires cannot protrude the plank surface.c) 跳板固定時(shí)，除與橫桿之間捆綁牢固后，板與板之間還必須連接。for planks fixing, they should be not only bound firmly with the cross rods, but also connected with each other. 每層作業(yè)面鋪板效果圖6） 作業(yè)層需設(shè)置雙層防護(hù)欄桿，高度1.2m。install double-layer guard rails, 1.2m high, for the workin

20、g planes.7） 至每一層作業(yè)面均須設(shè)置上下通道。當(dāng)設(shè)備的平臺(tái)直梯安裝后，可直接用直梯作上下通道；沒有直梯部分，需搭設(shè)直爬梯，直爬梯的步距為300mm，寬度為500600mm，并且在每4米內(nèi)搭設(shè)一個(gè)折轉(zhuǎn)平臺(tái)。provide up and down access for each working plane. after the platform and ladder are installed, use the ladder as the access. for those parts without ladders, install ladders with pace300mm and

21、 width 500600mm,erect a turning platform every 4m of the ladder.8） 腳手架搭設(shè)時(shí)，盡量避免將橫桿或立桿搭設(shè)在設(shè)備平臺(tái)的直梯內(nèi)，以免影響作業(yè)人員的上下通行。for scaffolding erection, try not to install the cross rods or rickers inside the ladders of the equipment platform, which may obstruct the pass of workers.9） 當(dāng)架設(shè)面不在梯子平臺(tái)一側(cè)時(shí)，在雙排架的外側(cè)可每隔6米左右加設(shè)一

22、道剪刀撐，下端盡量與梯子平臺(tái)或牛腿固定，以增加整個(gè)腳手架的穩(wěn)定性。when the erection plane is not at one side of the platform and ladder, install one diagonal bracing every 6m outside the double-row scaffolding. try to secure the brace bottom with the platform & ladder or bracing of the equipments, which can strengthen the stability

23、 of the whole scaffolding.4.4 驗(yàn)收 inspection & acceptance 1） 腳手架搭設(shè)完工并經(jīng)自檢合格后， 報(bào)iet hse進(jìn)行檢查驗(yàn)收，合格后掛安全標(biāo)識(shí)綠牌。after the scaffolding erection and self-inspection is accepted, request iet hse to inspect and accept. put on the green tag when accepted.2） 在使用過程中，應(yīng)定期（至少每周一次）對(duì)架設(shè)進(jìn)行檢查。 during the using period of sca

33、前必須進(jìn)行身體檢查。only after the workers have received the safety training and education for new workers can they assume the position. when entering the site, they must wear the badges and take the safety commitment. before the working at height, they must have the physical examination.2） 腳手架的搭設(shè)及拆除必須由架設(shè)人員進(jìn)行
