Teaching and learning steps:Step 1 Learn to read the words by listening first In our countryside, Students in Grade 7 have poor English .they cant write the letters right, and they cant say the letters from Aa to Zz. So first they must try to listen to the tape

3、, then read after the tape, try to remember them according to the picture. Sometimes teacher can lead them to read.1. put some picture of the words and ask students to guess what it is.2. Play the tape, let students listen and try to repeat.3. Let students read by themselves, sometimes teacher can l

4、ead to read.4. Students read the words to hisher deskmate, and then read in group. Ask the other students to correct for them. Step 2 Learn to remember words 1. Remember the words by looking at pictures.In this unit, some words can learn by looking at the picture. this can make students have more in

Remember the words by their similar usage. a, an 均為冠詞,用法類似但有不同,a用于以輔音開頭的單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞前,而an 用于以元音開頭的單數(shù)可數(shù)名詞前。this 、that 均為指示代詞,this 指近物而that 指遠(yuǎn)物。4.
