場(chǎng)地授權(quán)使用書

1、場(chǎng)地授權(quán)使用書雙方責(zé)任甲方:乙方:根據(jù)有關(guān)法律、法規(guī),在平等自愿、互惠互利、協(xié)商一致的基礎(chǔ)上，甲、乙雙 方訂立如下合作協(xié)議：第一條甲、乙雙方愿以各自的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，共同致力于企業(yè)項(xiàng)U開發(fā)。甲方有義務(wù)向乙方提供良好的園區(qū)環(huán)境、工作、辦公條件及周到的公共設(shè)施 與服務(wù);在同等條件下，乙方可優(yōu)先取得與甲方進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目合作的權(quán)利。乙方有義務(wù)遵守園區(qū)的各項(xiàng)管理規(guī)定，維護(hù)的整體聲譽(yù)，促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境良性循環(huán)的形成。第二條甲方將位于建筑面積共平方米的場(chǎng)地提供給乙方使用（附圖紙一份）。場(chǎng)地使用期限為年，自年月日起正式啟用并全額交費(fèi)，至年月 日止。第三條乙方可將上述場(chǎng)地作展示辦公等用途，未經(jīng)甲方書面同意，不得改變用 途，亦不
