1、彭州市雙虎家私消防水池施工方案 成都宇華建筑防水工程有限公司電話1388006586822011年7月18日施工準(zhǔn)備材料要求及主要機(jī)具：1水泥：宜用325號(hào)以上的普通硅酸鹽水泥，亦可用礦渣硅酸鹽水泥，有侵蝕性介質(zhì)作用時(shí)，應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求選用。2砂：用中砂，不得含有雜物。含泥量不得超過(guò)3%，使用前必須過(guò)35mm孔徑的篩。3外加劑：防水粉、防水油，也可采用有機(jī)硅防水劑、氯化物金屬鹽類防水劑。均應(yīng)按產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)正確使用。4主要機(jī)具：灰板、鐵抹子、陰陽(yáng)角抹子、半截大桶、鋼絲刷、軟毛刷、八字靠尺、榔頭、尖鑿子、捻鏨子、鐵鍬、掃帚、木抹子、刮杠等。作業(yè)條件：1結(jié)構(gòu)驗(yàn)收合格，已辦好驗(yàn)收

2、手續(xù)。2地下防水施工期間做好排水，直至防水工程全部完工為止。排水、降水措施應(yīng)按施工方案執(zhí)行。3預(yù)留孔洞、管道進(jìn)出口等細(xì)部處理完畢。操作工藝一、工藝流程：墻、地面基層處理 刷水泥素漿抹底層砂漿刷水泥素漿 抹面層砂漿刷水泥砂漿養(yǎng)護(hù)二、基層處理：1、混凝土墻面如有蜂窩及松散的混凝土，要剔掉，用水沖刷干凈，然后用13水泥砂漿抹平或用12干硬性水泥砂漿捻實(shí)。表面油污應(yīng)用10%火堿水溶液刷洗干凈，混凝土表面應(yīng)鑿毛。2、磚墻抹防水層時(shí)，必須在砌磚時(shí)劃縫，深度為1012mm。穿墻預(yù)埋管露出基層，在其周圍剔成2030mm寬，5060mm深的槽，用12干硬性水泥砂漿捻實(shí)。管道穿墻應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)要求做好防水處理，并辦理隱

3、檢手續(xù)。三、混凝土墻抹水泥砂漿防水層1、刷水泥素漿：配合比為水泥水防水油=10.80.025（重量比），先將水泥與水拌合，然后再加入防水油攪拌均勻，再用軟毛刷在基層表面涂刷均勻，隨即抹底層防水砂漿。2、60.65，稠度為78cm。先將防水粉和水泥、砂子拌勻后，再加水拌合。攪拌均勻后進(jìn)行抹灰操作，底灰抹灰厚度為510mm，在灰末凝固之前用掃帚掃毛。砂漿要隨拌隨用。拌合及使用砂漿時(shí)間不宜超過(guò)60min，嚴(yán)禁使用過(guò)夜砂漿。3、刷水泥素漿：在底灰抹完后，常溫時(shí)隔1d，再刷水泥素漿，配合比及做法與第一層相同。4、抹面層砂漿：刷過(guò)素漿后，緊接著抹面層，配合比同底層砂漿，抹灰厚度在510mm左右，凝固前要用

4、木抹子搓平，用鐵抹子壓光。5、刷水泥素漿：面層抹完后1d刷水泥素漿一道，配合比為水泥水防水油=110.03（重量比），做法和第一層相同。四、磚墻抹水泥砂漿防水層1、基層澆水濕潤(rùn)：抹灰前一天用水管把磚墻澆透，第二天抹灰時(shí)再把磚墻灑水濕潤(rùn)。2、抹底層砂漿：配合比為水泥砂=12.5，加水泥重3%的防水粉。先用鐵抹子薄薄刮一層，然后再用木抹子上灰，槎平，壓實(shí)表面并順平。抹灰厚度為610mm左右。3、抹水泥素漿：底層抹完后12d，將表面澆水濕潤(rùn)，再抹水泥防水素漿，摻水泥重3%的防水粉。先將水泥與防水粉拌合，然后加入適量水?dāng)嚢杈鶆?，用鐵抹子薄薄抹一層，厚度在1mm左右。4、抹面層砂漿：抹完水泥素漿之后，緊

5、接著抹面層砂漿，配合比與底層相同，先用木抹子搓平，后用鐵抹子壓實(shí)、壓光。抹灰厚度在68mm之間。5、刷水泥素漿：面層抹灰1d后，刷水泥素漿，配合比為水泥水防水油=110.03（重量比），方法是先將水泥與水拌勻后，加入防水油再攪拌均勻，用軟毛刷子將面層均勻涂刷一遍。五、地面抹水泥砂漿防水層：1清理基層：將墊層上松散的混凝土、砂漿等清洗干凈，凸出的鼓包剔除。2刷水泥素漿：配合比為水泥防水油=10.03（重量比），加上適量水拌合成粥狀，鋪攤在地面上，用掃帚均勻掃一遍。3抹底層砂漿：底層用13水泥砂漿，摻入水泥重3%5%的防水粉。拌好的砂漿倒在地上，用杠尺刮平，木抹子順平，鐵抹子壓一遍。4刷水泥素漿：

6、常溫間隔1d后刷水泥素漿一道，配合比為水泥防水油=10.03（重量比）加適量水。5抹面層砂漿：刷水泥素漿后，接著抹面層砂漿，配合比及做法用底層。6刷水泥素漿：面層砂漿初凝后刷最后一遍素漿（不要太薄，以滿足耐磨的要求），配合比為水泥防水油=10.01（重量比），加適量水，使其與面層砂漿緊密結(jié)合在一起，并壓光、壓實(shí)。7養(yǎng)護(hù)：待地面有一定強(qiáng)度后，表面蓋麻袋或草袋經(jīng)常澆水濕潤(rùn)，養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)間視氣溫條件決定，一般為7d，礦渣硅酸鹽水泥不應(yīng)少于14d，此期間不得受靜水壓作用。冬期養(yǎng)護(hù)環(huán)境溫度不宜低于+5。六、抹灰程序，接槎及陰陽(yáng)角做法：1、抹灰程序，一般先抹立墻后抹地面。槎子不應(yīng)甩在陰陽(yáng)角處，各層抹灰槎子不得留

7、在一條線上，底層與面層塔槎在1520cm之間，接槎時(shí)要先刷水泥防水素漿。所有墻的陰角都要做半徑50mm的圓角，陽(yáng)角做成半徑為10mm的圓角。地面上的陰角都要做成50mm以上的圓角，用陰角抹子壓光、壓實(shí)。2、五層做法總厚度控制在20mm左右。多層做法宜連續(xù)施工，各層緊密結(jié)合，不留或不少留施工縫，如必須留時(shí)應(yīng)留成階梯槎，接槎要依照層次順序操作，層層搭接緊密，接槎位置均需離開(kāi)陰角處200mm。質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一、保證項(xiàng)目：1、原材料（水泥、砂）、外加劑、配合比及其做法，必須符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和施工規(guī)范的規(guī)定。2、水泥砂漿防水層與基層必須結(jié)合牢固，無(wú)空鼓。二、基本項(xiàng)目：1、外觀：表面平整、密實(shí)、無(wú)裂紋、起砂、麻面等

8、缺陷。陰陽(yáng)角呈圓弧形，尺寸符合要求。2、留槎位置正確，按層次順序操作，層層搭接緊密。三、 成品保護(hù) 1、抹灰架子要離開(kāi)墻面15cm。拆架子時(shí)不得碰壞口角及墻面。 2、落地灰要及時(shí)清理使用，做到活完腳下清。3、地面上人不能過(guò)早。四、 應(yīng)注意的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題 1、空鼓、裂縫：基層未處理好，刷素漿前混凝土表面未進(jìn)行鑿毛，油污處未用灰堿刷洗干凈，以致出現(xiàn)空鼓、裂縫。另外，養(yǎng)護(hù)不好，養(yǎng)護(hù)期限不夠，也是原因之一。2、滲漏：各層抹灰時(shí)間掌握不當(dāng)，跟得太緊，出現(xiàn)流墜。素漿干的太快，抹面層砂漿粘結(jié)不牢易造成滲水。接槎、穿墻管等細(xì)部處理不好，易造成局部滲漏。必須按規(guī)定認(rèn)真操作。成都宇華建筑防水工程有限公司 聯(lián)系人：李詠
