20、010表c2-1工程名稱管莊鄉(xiāng)新村建設(shè)(一期)d區(qū)10#住宅樓工程交底日期2011/11/10施工單位北京市朝陽(yáng)田華建筑公司第十五分公司分項(xiàng)工程名稱模板工程交底提要地下室模板安裝材料準(zhǔn)備、施工工藝、質(zhì)量保證措施交底內(nèi)容:一、材料要求1.1 1220*2440mm的覆膜竹編板、100100mm、50100mm的方木、防水穿墻螺栓、普通穿墻螺栓、483.5mm架子管、碗扣式腳手架、可調(diào)頂托、扣件、pvc套管及錐形堵頭、海綿條及腳手板、脫模劑等。二、施工準(zhǔn)備2.1技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備:板進(jìn)場(chǎng)驗(yàn)收厚度15mm,表面光滑平整、無(wú)脫落、劃痕、周邊無(wú)翹曲、開膠現(xiàn)象。2.2機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備:壓刨、臺(tái)鋸、平刨、單頭扳手、空壓機(jī)、手

21、電鋸、手電刨、1220mm手電鉆、長(zhǎng)150及175mm鋼絲鉗、錘子、活動(dòng)扳手、砂輪切割機(jī)、墨斗、粉線帶、線錘、撬棍、450mm,500 mm及550mm水平尺、2m鋼卷尺、23m直尺、2m靠尺、零配件和工具箱等。 2.3作業(yè)準(zhǔn)備:2.3.1進(jìn)行測(cè)量彈線工作,彈好樓層墻身線、門洞口位置線及標(biāo)高線、墻、柱邊線及水平控制線,并辦好預(yù)檢手續(xù)。2.3.2柱子、墻、梁鋼筋綁扎完畢;水電管線、預(yù)留洞、預(yù)埋件已安裝完畢綁好鋼筋保護(hù)層墊塊。并辦完隱預(yù)檢手續(xù)。2.3.3工序交接:復(fù)核線、地錨、施工縫處理等工作。2.3.4組織好施工人員,并對(duì)施工人員進(jìn)行技術(shù)、安全交底。2.3.5施工行走的馬道須支設(shè)牢固,并經(jīng)安全驗(yàn)

22、收。三、模板施工工藝:3.1墊層模板墊層厚度為100mm,墊層模板采用100100mm方木刨光,沿建筑物外墻皮向外400mm設(shè)置墊層模板,方木外側(cè)用鋼筋棍釘入土中進(jìn)行加固,間距1m。3.2導(dǎo)墻及底板側(cè)模板施工:基礎(chǔ)底板施工時(shí)外圈同時(shí)澆筑外墻導(dǎo)墻,外墻導(dǎo)墻高300mm,底板外側(cè)為磚砌240mm寬防水保護(hù)墻,采用mu10砌塊,m5水泥砂漿從底板墊層砌筑,墻高為1100mm,內(nèi)側(cè)抹1:2.5水泥砂漿。底板立面防水卷材貼好后翻到外面,上面壓兩皮磚保護(hù)。考慮混凝土澆筑時(shí)側(cè)壓力,磚胎模外側(cè)回填800厚2:8灰土,上部用木方與坡壁支撐。導(dǎo)墻模板的支設(shè)必須考慮其定位的準(zhǔn)確性、支設(shè)的垂直度和加固的穩(wěn)定性,才能保

23、證接槎的吻合性。導(dǎo)墻及底板側(cè)模支模做法詳見下圖:3.3集水坑及電梯井基坑模板支設(shè):集水坑及電梯井采用12mm竹膠板拼成桶狀,次龍骨為50mm100mm木方250mm橫向設(shè)置,主龍骨為483.5鋼管 600mm縱向設(shè)置,并在上下方向用鋼管和可調(diào)頂托設(shè)水平支撐3道。下底沿周圈用12mm竹膠板模板封底,竹膠板底模上留2個(gè)100的洞口以作振搗與出氣用。并用鋼絲與底板上鐵做好拉結(jié)固定,防止?jié)仓炷習(xí)r模板上浮。底模與上鐵鋼筋之間墊好鋼筋保護(hù)層墊塊。做法詳見下圖:底板集水坑及電梯井基坑模板支設(shè)節(jié)點(diǎn)圖3.4門、窗洞口胎模3.4.1地下部分門窗洞口采用15mm厚多層板和50mm厚白松木制作。側(cè)面用木螺絲將竹膠

24、板固定在木板上,木螺絲要凹入竹膠板表面平。在洞口四周的墻筋上增設(shè)附加筋,在附加筋上點(diǎn)焊鋼筋支撐,用鋼筋支撐頂住洞口模板,洞口模板水平支撐間距控制在600mm以內(nèi),并加設(shè)45斜撐確保剛度要求,以防止洞口模板的偏移與變形。安裝洞口模板時(shí),嚴(yán)格按位置線安裝,檢查合格后方可合墻體模板。其角用定型角鋼固定,擰緊螺栓,做法詳見下圖:3.4.2本工程箱、盒洞口尺寸0.25以上的洞口按有鋼抱角制作,洞口尺寸0.25m2以下的采用刨光白松板釘成符合要求的木盒,內(nèi)角用小木方固定四周木板,以方便拆除,不至于在拆除時(shí)破損洞口砼棱角。3.4.3門窗洞口模板在安裝中必須借助結(jié)構(gòu)鋼筋做多點(diǎn)可靠定位,防止洞口位移,保證洞口尺

25、寸準(zhǔn)確,四角方正不扭曲。3.4.4拆模后進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格清理;重新調(diào)節(jié)至理想定型尺寸,以便下次周轉(zhuǎn)。運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)及吊裝過(guò)程中應(yīng)避免砸撞現(xiàn)象,吊裝要合理,防止支撐變形。3.4.5門洞口底部定位筋在頂板澆砼時(shí)預(yù)埋14鋼筋頭(嚴(yán)禁在墻柱主筋上焊接)3.4.6胎模四周焊定位鋼筋,并進(jìn)行拉結(jié),防止上浮。3.4.7支模前必須彈好位置線,抄好標(biāo)高控制點(diǎn),在洞口兩側(cè)設(shè)兩點(diǎn),以便于量測(cè)標(biāo)高。3.4.8按照門窗洞口模位置線將洞口模就位,以鋼筋50線及樓板面的門窗洞口位置線為依據(jù),在鋼筋上拉線,調(diào)整其高度,并用線錘吊垂直,然后用木楔子臨時(shí)固定,用“u”型套子焊頂棍將其加固定,見下圖:3.5墻體模板3.5.1墻體模板采用12mm竹編

26、板,。3.5.2墻模板構(gòu)造:主龍骨為248500的鋼管,次龍骨為248400水平鋼管。墻模的兩面用m16的對(duì)拉螺桿拉固(外墻的對(duì)拉螺桿須帶有76765止水鋼片)。墻模的支撐采用鋼管斜拉支撐,墻內(nèi)面的支撐與底板上的予埋地錨鋼筋(底板上為焊接在馬鐙上的鋼筋)連接固定。為了保證整體墻模剛度和穩(wěn)定性,沿高度方向設(shè)三道拋地斜撐,從而形成了整套的墻體模板體系。3.5.3對(duì)拉螺桿:對(duì)拉螺桿的長(zhǎng)度為:墻體厚度+450 mm(兩端各鈑牙100mm);帶有止水片的對(duì)拉螺桿在與混凝土兩個(gè)表面處穿錐形堵頭。因墻體高度較高,地面向上的墻體高度一半的高度范圍內(nèi)的對(duì)拉螺桿的每端采用兩只緊固螺母,以防止炸模。不帶有止水片的對(duì)

27、拉螺桿穿墻時(shí)加塑料套管,以便重復(fù)使用。對(duì)拉螺桿的水平間距為500mm、豎向間距為500mm。3.5.4工藝流程:彈線安裝門窗洞口模板安裝一側(cè)墻模就位清掃墻內(nèi)雜物安裝就位另一側(cè)墻模板(雙面模)安裝豎楞及斜撐固定緊固穿墻螺栓調(diào)整固定辦預(yù)檢1、按位置線安裝門窗洞口模板,下預(yù)埋件。2、把一面模板按位置線就位,然后安裝拉桿或斜撐,安裝穿墻螺栓(內(nèi)墻穿塑料套管)。3、清掃墻內(nèi)雜物,安裝另一側(cè)模板,調(diào)整斜撐(拉桿)使模板垂直后,擰緊穿墻螺栓。4、模板安裝完畢后,檢查一遍扣件、螺栓是否緊固,模板拼縫及下口是否嚴(yán)密,辦理預(yù)檢。5、墻模支設(shè)見下圖3.6樓板模板工藝流程:搭設(shè)支架安裝橫縱龍骨 調(diào)整樓板下皮標(biāo)高及起拱

28、鋪設(shè)模板檢查模板上皮標(biāo)高、平整度。3.6.1頂板、陽(yáng)臺(tái)采用15mm厚多層板,碗扣架支撐體系,鋼支架立桿上設(shè)可調(diào)頂托。板厚160mm主龍骨采用100mm100mm1200mm(立桿支撐縱橫間距)單面刨光方木,次龍骨選用50mm100mm250mm雙面刨光方木。為保證頂板的整體混凝土成型效果,將整個(gè)頂板的竹膠板按同一順序、同一方向?qū)p平鋪,必須保證接縫處下方有龍骨,且拼縫嚴(yán)密,表面無(wú)錯(cuò)臺(tái)現(xiàn)象。當(dāng)頂板跨度4m時(shí),模板用可調(diào)支撐起拱,起拱高度為全跨長(zhǎng)度的2(如4m起拱高度8mm),保持四邊平直??照{(diào)板用鋼管扣件搭設(shè)支撐。3.6.2頂板模板的邊龍骨在靠墻一側(cè)應(yīng)刨平,用單面膠條粘貼木方,使木方與墻無(wú)縫隙,

29、防止漏漿。3.6.3支搭滿堂紅鋼管架,立管間距9001200mm,第一根立桿距墻300mm,以后按照水平拉桿長(zhǎng)度設(shè)置立桿,橫管第一根距地300mm,以上步距按設(shè)置。3.6.4為了保證頂板支撐的上下對(duì)齊,繪制立桿位置平面圖,根據(jù)點(diǎn)位在支設(shè)時(shí)下墊50100mm的長(zhǎng)方木,長(zhǎng)度不少于500mm,以使其上部荷載不致集中傳遞到下層樓板上。3.6.5頂部采用碗扣架+u托,根據(jù)墻上彈出頂板模的板底線,調(diào)整u托到要支設(shè)的標(biāo)高高度,要使每根支撐保持垂直,不允許出現(xiàn)偏移、偏心受壓現(xiàn)象。3.6.6支撐支設(shè)好并穩(wěn)固后先在支撐u托上放置100*100木方,然后在垂直100*100木方方向由一側(cè)擺放50*100(立向)木方

30、,間距250mm;并依據(jù)50cm找平(或起拱)。頂板陰角拼縫采用竹膠板底加釘50*100刨光木方與墻體貼嚴(yán)(縫間貼海綿條)。3.6.7鋪設(shè)竹膠板,經(jīng)過(guò)裁割的板進(jìn)行封邊處理,以利于多次周轉(zhuǎn)使用。3.6.8模板鋪設(shè)完畢應(yīng)用水平儀測(cè)量模板標(biāo)高,起拱高度。3.6.9鋪設(shè)四周模板時(shí),與墻齊平,加密封條,避免墻體“吃?!?,板模周轉(zhuǎn)使用時(shí),將表面的水泥砂漿清理干凈,對(duì)變形和四周破損的模板及時(shí)修整和更換以確保接縫嚴(yán)密,板面平整;模板鋪完后,將雜物清理干凈,刷好脫模劑。3.7樓梯模板工藝流程:立桿、橫桿支設(shè)頂托及主次龍骨安裝鋪樓梯板模板樓梯板側(cè)模踏步模檢查標(biāo)高模板拆除3.7.1地下結(jié)構(gòu)樓梯模板采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)配置,樓梯

31、踏步板及側(cè)板均采用40mm厚的大板配制外貼12mm厚竹膠板,踏步擋板三角木用50mm厚木跳板配制,并且刨光。底板采用15mm厚多層板配制,底楞用50mm100mm木方,縱向間距為250mm,橫向用100mm100mm木方用u型托卡卡住。3.7.2 立桿共設(shè)兩排,沿樓梯斜向支設(shè),同時(shí)加設(shè)小橫桿,兩端與休息平臺(tái)立桿連接,以確保其穩(wěn)固性。3.7.3頂托放置后,依據(jù)兩側(cè)平臺(tái)標(biāo)高,旋轉(zhuǎn)頂托至適當(dāng)高度,將100mm100mm主龍骨沿短向方向架設(shè),長(zhǎng)向架設(shè)50mm100mm次龍骨。3.7.4樓梯板模板采用15mm厚多層板,緊貼混凝土墻面處加貼海綿條,另一側(cè)模板應(yīng)自樓梯側(cè)邊長(zhǎng)出15cm,以固定側(cè)模。3.7.5

32、樓梯側(cè)模根據(jù)踏步尺寸,將多層板鋸成階梯狀,背面釘40mm厚的大板釘設(shè)在樓梯底模上,應(yīng)注意踏步高度正確、長(zhǎng)度分配均勻。踏步側(cè)模外側(cè)設(shè)斜支撐。3.7.6踏步模水平連接采用小木條,每側(cè)各一個(gè),將相鄰兩塊踏步模板連接牢固。踏步模與墻體接觸處用50100mm木方固定,并和踏步模連接。3.7.7樓梯剪力墻墻體隨其他混凝土墻體一起支模和澆筑混凝土,樓梯梁頭在墻上留洞,樓梯梁豁采用預(yù)留木盒的方法進(jìn)行,待墻體混凝土施工完畢后拆除。梁豁模板的尺寸為梁的高、寬各減去2公分,墻體模板拆除后,拆下梁豁模板并用人工切修至樓梯梁的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)位置與尺寸。休息平臺(tái)板鋼筋預(yù)埋。待拆除此墻的模板后,剔出墻內(nèi)的樓梯休息平臺(tái)板鋼筋后,再綁扎

33、樓梯板鋼筋,支設(shè)樓梯板模板。3.7.8樓梯的支設(shè)須現(xiàn)場(chǎng)放樣,上下踢面應(yīng)錯(cuò)開兩個(gè)裝飾層的厚度。3.7.9樓梯模板支設(shè)做法詳見下圖樓梯模板支設(shè)示意圖3.8頂板水電預(yù)留洞口模板3.8.1頂板水電預(yù)留洞口模板固定:針對(duì)以往頂板水電預(yù)留洞口四周易漏漿影響混凝土外觀的缺點(diǎn),本工程采用竹膠板加工成定型模板用勾頭螺栓緊固的方法。模板放入前刷脫模劑,以利于拆模時(shí)取出。做法詳見下圖:頂板水電預(yù)留洞模板做法3.9模板的拆除3.9.1在混凝土能保證其表面及棱角不因拆除模板而受損后,方可拆除側(cè)模模板。3.9.2現(xiàn)澆結(jié)構(gòu)拆模時(shí)所須混凝土強(qiáng)度序號(hào)結(jié)構(gòu)類型結(jié)構(gòu)跨度(m)按設(shè)計(jì)的混凝土立方體抗壓強(qiáng)度標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值的百分率(%)1板25

34、02,87581002梁87581003懸臂構(gòu)件1003.9.3技術(shù)部門依據(jù)同條件14d混凝土試塊強(qiáng)度值同意簽字后方可拆除頂板模板。3.9.4墻體模板拆除模板順序與安裝模板順序相反,先拆縱墻模板后拆橫墻模板,首先拆下穿墻螺栓,再松開地腳螺栓,使模板向后傾斜與墻體脫開。3.9.5頂板模板拆除后及時(shí)回頂梁、板。3.10施工縫留置與處理:3.10.1墻體水平施工縫地下室留置在基礎(chǔ)底板上300mm高處,外墻施工縫采用鋼板,其它部位留在板下平,板上平。所有內(nèi)外墻體交接處的施工縫留置在內(nèi)墻一側(cè)。墻體豎向施工縫留設(shè)采用竹木板與細(xì)目鋼絲網(wǎng)進(jìn)行攔設(shè)。連梁施工縫留置在連梁跨中1/3范圍。3.10.2頂板施工縫采用

35、專用模板,根據(jù)板厚、鋼筋的間距及直徑鋸成梳子板進(jìn)行封擋。3.10.4施工縫處理:在混凝土終凝硬化后,將墻上部30mm軟弱層剔除,剔鑿前在表面彈線,按線剔鑿,確保上口平整。剔鑿后沖洗干凈,二次澆筑前灑水濕潤(rùn)。頂板施工縫處鑿毛,剔鑿后沖洗干凈,二次澆筑前灑水濕潤(rùn)。四、質(zhì)量要求: 4.1模板及其支架必須有足夠的承載能力、剛度和穩(wěn)定性,能可靠地承受澆筑混凝土的重量、側(cè)壓力以及施工荷載。其支架支撐部分必須有足夠的支撐面積。如安裝在基土上,基土必須堅(jiān)實(shí)并有排水措施。4.2在澆筑混凝土前,木模板應(yīng)澆水濕潤(rùn),但模板內(nèi)不得有積水。4.3模板拼縫嚴(yán)密,不得漏漿,拼縫寬度應(yīng)不大于2mm。4.4模板表面應(yīng)清理干凈,并

37、0鋼尺檢查12預(yù)埋螺栓中心線位置2鋼尺檢查13預(yù)埋螺栓外露長(zhǎng)度+5、-0鋼尺檢查14預(yù)留孔洞中心線位移5鋼尺檢查15預(yù)留孔洞尺寸+5、-0鋼尺檢查五、質(zhì)量保證措施:5.1墻模板:墻筋設(shè)定位卡具,定位卡具及墻體預(yù)留洞模板、穿墻螺栓套管均小于墻厚1mm。模板穿墻螺栓全部穿齊擰緊,上口應(yīng)加強(qiáng)支撐,防止上口尺寸偏大,下口在頂板施工時(shí)必須用2-3m刮杠找平并經(jīng)過(guò)復(fù)驗(yàn),減少柱、墻抹砂漿找平層。5.2模板縫隙處:加強(qiáng)檢查,及時(shí)處理。5.3砼墻體表面粘結(jié):由于模板清理不干凈,涂刷隔離劑不勻,拆模過(guò)早所造成。要求模板清理干凈,隔離劑涂刷均勻。5.4拆模要求:嚴(yán)格控制拆模時(shí)間及砼強(qiáng)度。拆模必須經(jīng)技術(shù)部以試塊強(qiáng)度為

38、準(zhǔn),下發(fā)拆模通知單后方可拆模。5.5澆筑砼時(shí),一次澆筑砼高度為0.43m,嚴(yán)禁一次澆筑過(guò)高。六、成品保護(hù)措施:6.1多層板運(yùn)輸堆放防止雨淋水浸;多層板嚴(yán)禁與硬物碰撞、橇棍敲打、鋼筋在上拖拉、振搗器振搗、任意拋擲等現(xiàn)象,以保證板面不受損壞;切割或鉆孔后的模板側(cè)邊要涂刷封邊漆,防止水浸后引多層板起層或變形;多層板模板使用后應(yīng)及時(shí)用清潔劑,嚴(yán)禁用堅(jiān)硬物敲刮板面及裁口方木陽(yáng)角;對(duì)操作面的模板要及時(shí)維修,當(dāng)板面有劃痕,碰傷或其它較輕缺陷時(shí)應(yīng)用專用膩?zhàn)忧镀健⒛ス猓⑺d-01環(huán)氧木模保護(hù)劑。6.2在澆筑砼時(shí)嚴(yán)禁用振動(dòng)棒直接振動(dòng)模板,以免造成模板變形。6.3拆下的鋼模板,如發(fā)現(xiàn)模板不平的或肋邊損壞變形,要

39、及時(shí)修理。6.4鋼模板在使用過(guò)程中要加強(qiáng)管理,分規(guī)格堆放,及時(shí)補(bǔ)涂防銹劑。6.5工作面已安裝完畢的墻模板,不準(zhǔn)在吊運(yùn)其它模板時(shí)碰撞,不準(zhǔn)在預(yù)拼裝模就位前作為臨時(shí)倚靠,以防止模板變形或產(chǎn)生垂直偏差。工作面已安裝完畢的平面模板,不可做臨時(shí)堆料和作業(yè)平臺(tái),以保證支架的穩(wěn)定,防止平面模板標(biāo)高和平整產(chǎn)生偏差。6.6拆除模板時(shí),不得用大錘、撬棍硬砸猛撬,以免砼的外形和內(nèi)部受到損傷。6.7拆模后,墻的陽(yáng)角必須做護(hù)角,護(hù)腳模每側(cè)寬200mm,用橫撐連接,護(hù)腳高度為1.8m。6.8模板吊運(yùn)就位時(shí)要平穩(wěn)、準(zhǔn)確,不得碰砸其它已經(jīng)施工完的部位,不得兜掛鋼筋。6.9澆筑砼時(shí),要有專人看護(hù)模板,如發(fā)現(xiàn)模板傾斜、位移、局部

40、鼓脹時(shí),要及時(shí)采取緊固措施,方可繼續(xù)施工。七、安全注事項(xiàng):7.1進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的操作人員必須戴安全帽,操作前做好現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工前安全交底。7.2所有施工人員進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須遵守安全文明施工的有關(guān)規(guī)定,嚴(yán)格按照安全技術(shù)操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行操作7.3施工前必須對(duì)施工班組進(jìn)行安全教育,經(jīng)考核合格后,方準(zhǔn)許進(jìn)場(chǎng)施工。7.4施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嚴(yán)禁吸煙,木工棚內(nèi)嚴(yán)禁煙火,并設(shè)消防設(shè)施。7.5施工過(guò)程中,應(yīng)上下呼應(yīng),相互協(xié)調(diào),防止模板、工具等高空墜落砸人,拆下的模板及時(shí)清理,防止扎腳。7.6木工機(jī)械應(yīng)有專人操作,防護(hù)裝置要齊全。7.7裝拆模板,必須有穩(wěn)固的登高工具,高度超過(guò)2m時(shí),必須搭設(shè)腳手架、支撐架或操作平臺(tái),必須支搭牢固。7.8

41、在立模時(shí),緊固件、連接件、支撐件未安裝完畢前,不得站立在模板上操作。支模時(shí)應(yīng)遵守安全操作規(guī)程,支模間歇時(shí)應(yīng)將松開的部件和模板運(yùn)走,防止墜落傷人。7.9模板的預(yù)留孔洞、電梯井口等處,應(yīng)加設(shè)防護(hù)網(wǎng),防止人員和物體墜落。7.10安裝墻柱模板時(shí),要隨時(shí)支撐固定,防止傾覆,遇有中途停歇,要將已就位的模板、支承件連接穩(wěn)固,不得單擺浮擱。7.11在腳手架或操作臺(tái)上堆放模板時(shí),要按規(guī)定碼放平穩(wěn),防止脫落并不得超載,操作工具及模板連接件要隨手放入工具袋內(nèi),嚴(yán)禁放在腳手架或操作臺(tái)上。7.12澆筑砼時(shí),要有專人看護(hù)模板,如發(fā)現(xiàn)模板傾斜、位移、局部鼓脹時(shí),要及時(shí)采取緊固措施,方可繼續(xù)施工。7.13拆模時(shí),要逐塊拆卸,

42、不得成片撬落或拉倒,必要時(shí)要先設(shè)臨時(shí)支撐,然后進(jìn)行拆卸,拆下的模板和零件,嚴(yán)禁向樓層以下拋扔。7.14高空裝拆模板時(shí),操作人員必須戴安全帶,除操作人員外,下面不得站人,并要設(shè)警示牌或紅色信號(hào)指示,作業(yè)區(qū)周圍及出入口處要設(shè)專人負(fù)責(zé)安全巡視。7.15機(jī)械操作人員必須嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行相應(yīng)機(jī)械的操作規(guī)程并按時(shí)保養(yǎng)。7.16施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)專職安全員,對(duì)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行整體安全管理,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時(shí)整改。八、環(huán)保措施:8.1噪音的控制:在支拆模板時(shí),必須輕拿輕放,上下、左右有人傳遞,嚴(yán)禁用鐵錘等敲擊模板。模板的拆除和修理時(shí),禁止使用大錘敲打模板以降低噪音。以免噪音擾民。8.2模板工程采用無(wú)毒、無(wú)污染的脫模劑。嚴(yán)禁使用廢機(jī)油,
