2、下,選擇你要復制的幻燈片單頁,然后復制、粘貼到新的文檔里,當然也是在瀏覽模式下3;.使用指引使用指引 標題和正文在模版中已經預設,所以你只需要應用即可。應用時選擇菜單中格式 中的幻燈片版式。你即可選擇你需要的版式,再填入文字 按增加縮進量,文字縮進一級后字體大小和粗細或項目符號會自動改變 行間距也是預設的,不要按兩次回車以增加行間距 記住,復制是最有效而準確的方式將一個對象的格式應用到另一個上。所以如果你要插入一個新的對象如文本框,并且對格式不那么確定,請從工具文檔中復制4;.使用指引使用指引一些“要”和“不要” 不要在按照文本自動調整格式下輸入文本,在編輯時會很難調整 文本中排列間隔不要用空
