9、 nt.14. 索賠：Claim:如買方提出索賠，凡屬質(zhì)量異議須于貨到目的口岸之日起 30日內(nèi)提出；凡屬數(shù)量異議須于貨到目的口岸之日起 15日內(nèi)提出， 但須提供經(jīng)賣方同意的公認(rèn)機構(gòu)出具的檢驗報告。如果對所裝貨物提出任何異議屬于保險公司、輪船公司、其他有關(guān)運輸機構(gòu)或郵遞機構(gòu)所負(fù)責(zé)，則賣方不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。In case of a quality discrepancy,the Buyer may,within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination,lodge with the Seller a claim.
