3、,對(duì)于生態(tài)環(huán)境的需求也不斷提高。而草坪作為居住區(qū)園林的一個(gè)重要的組成部分,它的生態(tài)性顯得尤為重要,應(yīng)該把生態(tài)功能放在首位,充分結(jié)合植物、地形、水體、山石等其他園林景觀要素整體設(shè)計(jì)。2.功能原則 在居住區(qū)中一定范圍內(nèi)草坪布置方式、平面形態(tài)特征及立面地形構(gòu)成等,都要具備功能性。3.藝術(shù)性原則 草坪是居住區(qū)景觀造園的重要元素之一,可營(yíng)造出不同的藝術(shù)感受,因其在春夏秋冬季節(jié)中有自身不同的變化季相,有獨(dú)特的色彩表現(xiàn)。4.地域性原則 由于地域的差異,每個(gè)場(chǎng)地都具有不同的自然環(huán)境特征,因此,在進(jìn)行草種選擇時(shí),應(yīng)盡量選用適應(yīng)性強(qiáng),符合當(dāng)?shù)刈匀画h(huán)境條件的草種,因?yàn)樗鼈儾粌H具有良好的生長(zhǎng)狀況,而且由它們組成的景觀

4、更具有濃郁的地方特色,應(yīng)該是景觀設(shè)計(jì)中的首選基調(diào)。2、居住區(qū)草坪景觀的功能1.美化環(huán)境功能 綠色生命的色彩,草坪具備最原始的天然美屬性,因其具有獨(dú)特的純潔樸實(shí)、博大深遠(yuǎn)、親切自由、活力生機(jī)等特性。 2.陶冶情操功能 現(xiàn)代人由于不斷提高的生活水平,快節(jié)奏的生活狀況,高強(qiáng)壓力的工作狀態(tài),因而需要更多的放松心情,舒緩身體的休閑場(chǎng)所。3.環(huán)境保護(hù)功能 草坪能稀釋、分解、吸收、固定大氣中的有害、有毒氣體,通過(guò)光和作用轉(zhuǎn)害為利,具有凈化空氣作用,同時(shí)還具有保水保土、降噪吸塵、調(diào)節(jié)濕度等環(huán)境保護(hù)作用。4.體育運(yùn)動(dòng)功能 生命在于運(yùn)動(dòng),現(xiàn)今城市人們對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)所的需求是越來(lái)越大。 二、草坪景觀在居住區(qū)布局中的位置選

5、擇原則1、人行歸家流線及流線外空間原則(1) 主入口空間 居住區(qū)的主入口,作為整個(gè)居住區(qū)的的開(kāi)端,標(biāo)志性、可識(shí)別性是它的特點(diǎn),同時(shí)具備“門(mén)面”的特征,作為過(guò)渡空間,它聯(lián)系了社區(qū)與外道路,同時(shí)又是一個(gè)儀式感、領(lǐng)域感、歸屬感的半開(kāi)放人性化空間。(2)、入口景觀廊道 入口景觀廊道是人們歸家進(jìn)入小區(qū)大門(mén)后第一道歸家線性通道,在空間形狀上為收縮形式,是由小區(qū)由城市外部空間到小區(qū)園區(qū)內(nèi)部空間的一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)換空間,景觀設(shè)計(jì)上既應(yīng)具有引導(dǎo)人們歸家的功能,也應(yīng)該具有強(qiáng)烈的儀式感、序列感和親切感,使人們歸家時(shí)有景可觀的同時(shí)更有一種舒適感。(3)、室外公共客廳 室外公共客廳是指整個(gè)小區(qū)住戶共同享有的,可用于鄰里交流及接待

6、外來(lái)客人使用的空間,也是人流歸家時(shí)的分流轉(zhuǎn)換點(diǎn),具有觀賞展示性和使用性,此空間形式為一個(gè)視野開(kāi)闊的開(kāi)放空間。草坪在此空間中的布置應(yīng)利用其低矮開(kāi)闊的特性設(shè)置成較大尺度的觀賞草坪或可上人使用的游憩草坪,使人在經(jīng)過(guò)了狹長(zhǎng)的入口景觀廊道之后有一種豁然開(kāi)朗的感覺(jué),享受空間變化帶來(lái)的一種驚喜感、愉悅感。(4)、歸家景觀廊道歸家景觀廊道是連接室外公共客廳與組團(tuán)庭院及建筑入戶泛大堂空間的主要交通線路,它不僅起到引導(dǎo)人們歸家的作用,而且將室外公共客廳、組團(tuán)庭院及泛大堂之間的多個(gè)景點(diǎn)串聯(lián)起來(lái),產(chǎn)生動(dòng)態(tài)的連續(xù)景觀變化,形成一條線性景觀帶,從而達(dá)到歸家時(shí)步移景換、引人入勝的景觀效果。(5)、組團(tuán)庭院由于組團(tuán)庭院空間的

7、特性,其空間形式主要應(yīng)為開(kāi)放的形式,草坪在組團(tuán)空間中一般以兼有觀賞和游憩功能于一體的草坪為主,既有美觀性又可提供居民在上面游玩、休閑之用,使居民們享受親近大自然的感覺(jué)。它在組團(tuán)庭院空間中既可以作主景形式出現(xiàn),又可以作為配景。2、風(fēng)環(huán)流和日照原則在小區(qū)園林中,游憩草坪一般進(jìn)行的活動(dòng)為兒童游戲、曬太陽(yáng)、耍太極等,使用人群通常為兒童及老人,其場(chǎng)地位置的設(shè)計(jì)必須考慮小區(qū)的日照和風(fēng)環(huán)境,場(chǎng)地性能為需要需要通風(fēng)及陽(yáng)光,如在炎熱的夏天,草坪應(yīng)布置在有風(fēng)且風(fēng)速可以較大一點(diǎn)的地方,提供人們清涼的感受。反之,如果考慮在寒冷的冬天,草坪則應(yīng)布置在風(fēng)速較低的區(qū)域,以免在草坪上活動(dòng)的人們更加寒冷。在設(shè)計(jì)游憩草坪時(shí),首先

8、,應(yīng)對(duì)小區(qū)綠地分析風(fēng)環(huán)境,根據(jù)一年四季的風(fēng)環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,劃分小區(qū)場(chǎng)地風(fēng)速區(qū)及靜風(fēng)區(qū)。根據(jù)綠色建筑評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GBT50378-2006,風(fēng)速小于 1m/s 的為靜風(fēng)區(qū),其他為風(fēng)速區(qū),而夏季及冬季主要人行活動(dòng)區(qū)室外的適合風(fēng)速為 1.0 5.0 m/s。其次,根據(jù)一年四季的日照環(huán)境圖,劃分場(chǎng)地的日照充足區(qū)及日照不足區(qū)。總結(jié)并分類(lèi)出各個(gè)區(qū)域的日照環(huán)境特點(diǎn)。最后,綜合風(fēng)環(huán)境及日照條件,分析每個(gè)區(qū)域的環(huán)境特點(diǎn),得出與通風(fēng)和日照相對(duì)應(yīng)的性能區(qū)域:風(fēng)速與陽(yáng)光充足區(qū),風(fēng)速與陽(yáng)光不足區(qū),靜風(fēng)與陽(yáng)光不足區(qū),靜風(fēng)與陽(yáng)光充足區(qū),那么游憩草坪根據(jù)其場(chǎng)地性能:需要通風(fēng),需要陽(yáng)光,應(yīng)設(shè)置在小區(qū)的風(fēng)速與陽(yáng)光充足區(qū)。三、居住區(qū)草坪

9、景觀設(shè)計(jì)1、草坪與微地形一般來(lái)說(shuō),園林中的微地形主要可以分平地式、自然式、階地式等三種,平地面的地形則令視野開(kāi)闊,給人一種簡(jiǎn)潔、干凈、精致的感覺(jué);自然式的地形類(lèi)似丘陵般的高低起伏,表面自然流暢,簡(jiǎn)直就是大自然景觀的縮影,令人有一種親近大自然的感覺(jué),自然式地形按其坡度可以分為緩坡地形 (310 )、中坡地形 (1025 )、陡坡地形 (>25);而階地式地形則豐富了垂直的視線景觀,令景觀有了豎向上的變化。階地式的地形還可以分成三種不同形式,各種形式帶給人們不同的韻律感。2、草坪與其他植物(1)喬木+灌木+地被+草坪這種配置方式是居住區(qū)園林景觀中最為常用的配置方式,可以用于不同的空間,同時(shí)也

10、是植物景觀層次最豐富的,它通過(guò)不同高度、不同形狀、不同質(zhì)感、不同色彩的植物互相搭配,形成獨(dú)特的多重立體綠化景觀,創(chuàng)造出不同的綠化景觀空間,使居住區(qū)人們獲得不同的視覺(jué)感受。這種配置方式需要注意草坪與地被邊界的設(shè)計(jì),地被的流線一定要自然流暢,否則會(huì)影響草坪的景觀效果。(2)喬木+草坪 在居住區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì)中,通常是運(yùn)用喬木+草坪的搭配形成景觀主體,喬木植于草坪上,由于草坪景觀空間具有視野開(kāi)闊、整齊均一等特征,作為地面背景的草坪,充分發(fā)揮了這些特性。此種方式營(yíng)造的空間為半封閉空間,人們的視線能穿過(guò)樹(shù)林的枝下空間看到遠(yuǎn)方的景物。(3)灌木+草坪用草坪作基調(diào)和背景,在草坪上種植一株或多株灌木形成主要景觀視覺(jué)

11、焦點(diǎn),突顯出灌木優(yōu)美的姿態(tài)或特色。灌木樹(shù)形要求姿態(tài)優(yōu)美或是具有特殊的觀賞性,如觀花、觀果或觀葉的灌木(4)花卉+草坪花卉的組合通常稱為花鏡。其自身的色彩效果在是居住區(qū)園林綠化設(shè)計(jì)中起到非常大的作用。而花鏡與草坪的組合通常被稱為綴花草坪,具體是指在開(kāi)闊的草地上設(shè)置低矮的開(kāi)花地被植物,草坪與花卉呈相互交融鑲嵌的狀態(tài),形成開(kāi)花草地。3、草坪與道路草坪與人行歸家道路的結(jié)合形成一道線性景觀廊道,在道路旁設(shè)置草坪,并借助于地形及喬木、灌木、地被豐富草坪邊界的豎向景觀,帶給人們連續(xù)的動(dòng)態(tài)景觀效果,且不同的結(jié)合方式呈現(xiàn)不同的視覺(jué)感受,時(shí)收時(shí)放,空間變化無(wú)窮,帶給歸家人們豐富的景色。小區(qū)園林的空間非常有限,道路

12、兩側(cè)的草坪的面積大小顯得非常重要,草坪太小,視線受阻,令人壓抑,且空間顯得小氣。一般如果人行歸家道路寬度為 w,那么道路兩旁的草坪離道路的寬度不應(yīng)小以 1、2w 為宜,最大寬度應(yīng)根據(jù)組團(tuán)綠地空間和設(shè)計(jì)理念而定。為了使道路更富于變化和觀賞性,通常直接將鋪路材料鋪于草坪上,形成園路面。4、草坪與建筑建筑是居住區(qū)中的主要的構(gòu)筑物,是人們的主要居住和娛樂(lè)場(chǎng)所,在小區(qū)園林景觀中地位非常顯著,其設(shè)計(jì)也是整個(gè)園林景觀的重要部分,一般為了展示其特色的設(shè)計(jì),在建筑前采用開(kāi)闊的空間來(lái)襯托,采用草坪空間是其中一種。草坪作為貼近地表的比較低矮的景觀元素,具有空曠的特性,在建筑前設(shè)置可反襯出建筑的設(shè)計(jì)特點(diǎn)及高大雄偉,同

13、時(shí)軟化建筑生硬的線條感,豐富景觀設(shè)計(jì)的藝術(shù)構(gòu)圖。5、草坪與水體草坪與水體的邊界設(shè)計(jì)一般有三種。第一種為草坪直接自然放坡進(jìn)入水面,這種形式體現(xiàn)一種生態(tài)自然的景觀;第二種為水面與草坪之間運(yùn)用一些景觀元素相接,如景石、仿樹(shù)樁、卵石等等,豐富駁岸的景觀效果;第三種為水面與草坪之間直接為硬質(zhì)駁岸,線條清晰明朗,給人一種精神挺拔的感覺(jué)。6、草坪與其他園建小品園建小品如亭子、花架、雕塑、山石等在小區(qū)園林布局中常常出現(xiàn),結(jié)合草坪設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),可利用草坪的平整、空曠、低矮的特性突顯出小品在造型上的獨(dú)特設(shè)計(jì),令其成為景觀視覺(jué)的焦點(diǎn),并形成一道道美麗的風(fēng)景線。但是如何能使草坪與園建小品相協(xié)調(diào),而不使園建小品在整個(gè)草坪上顯
