4、間/developmenttime:從首件樣品到整個(gè)樣件提交需要sample pour to sample submissi on.2）模具驗(yàn)收/mold inspection:模具必須符合甲方的技術(shù)要求。the product shall completelyfit the tech ni cal requireme nts.3）由于模具的開發(fā)周期和質(zhì)量問題造成甲方項(xiàng)目延期，乙方將賠償甲方的一切損失。ifparty a' s project delayed due to the work day and the quality of the mold,party bshould co

5、mpe nsateparty a for all the losses.四、模具的維護(hù)/mold maintenance正常使用壽命內(nèi)的模具在生產(chǎn)過程中發(fā)生的損壞或磨損，相關(guān)的維修及保養(yǎng)等都由乙方負(fù)責(zé)。if the mold is within the no rmal worki ng life but damaged or worn duri ngthe producti on process, party b should be resp on sible for the related repaira nd maintenan ce.五、模具費(fèi)用的支付/paymentterms在鑄件得到

7、 withthe mold.七、保密責(zé)任 /confiden tiality1）未經(jīng)甲方允許，乙方不得將甲方所提供的圖紙及技術(shù)資料以口頭、書面、 出示和借用的方式轉(zhuǎn)泄露給第三方。如有發(fā)生信息泄露，甲方有權(quán)追究其法律責(zé) 任。without the permission of party a, party b should not disclose thedrawings and tech ni cal in formatio n which are provided by party a in oral,writte n, show ing and lending way to the thir

8、d party. if party b revealed such in formati on, party a has the right to pursue party b' s legal resp on sibility.2）當(dāng)雙方履行完該協(xié)議后，乙方必須歸還甲方所提供的用于開發(fā)該模具的所 有保密信息及其全部副本（不論其是否是在計(jì)算機(jī)磁盤、光盤讀取器、光盤、硬 盤或軟件中或 硬拷貝載體上存儲(chǔ)、保存或記錄的）;如果乙方退還上述保密信息 及其全部副本為不可行，則應(yīng)將其銷毀，或者從計(jì)算機(jī)或其他電子系統(tǒng)中將其刪 除或抹除。after the parties fulfill the ag

10、 not feasible to return the same, shall destroy suchc on fide ntial in formatio n or cause the same to be deleted or erased from any computer or other electro nic system.八、其他約定/others1）本協(xié)議受中華人民共和國(guó)的法律法規(guī)管轄，并應(yīng)依照中華人民共和國(guó)的法律法規(guī)解釋。theagreeme nt shall be gover ned by, and in terpreted in accorda nee with,the
