26、式橡膠支座,本技術(shù)條件主要有以下方面的修改和補(bǔ)充:l 增加了對(duì)成品支座膠料的檢測(cè);l 支座用聚四氟乙烯板物理機(jī)械性能檢測(cè)中增加了球壓痕硬度的測(cè)定;l 增加了對(duì)成品支座聚四氟乙烯板的檢測(cè);l 明確規(guī)定了聚四氟乙烯板在硅脂潤(rùn)滑條件下的初始靜摩擦系數(shù);l 將支座的檢驗(yàn)分為原材料檢驗(yàn)、出廠檢驗(yàn)和型式檢驗(yàn),并明確了檢驗(yàn)頻次;l 在成品支座的檢驗(yàn)中增加了支座的壓轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn);l 對(duì)支座的防腐涂裝提出更明確的要求。本技術(shù)條件負(fù)責(zé)起草單位:鐵道科學(xué)研究院、鐵道第三勘察設(shè)計(jì)院(專(zhuān)業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)院)。 本技術(shù)條件主要起草人:莊軍生,張士臣,臧曉秋,盛黎明,王振華。 本技術(shù)條件由鐵道部科學(xué)技術(shù)司負(fù)責(zé)解釋。京滬高速鐵路橋梁盆式橡膠

31、0×701540+10100×701540+10為確保支座質(zhì)量,支座用膠料的材質(zhì)性能除按常規(guī)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)外,必須從支座成品中按一定比例取樣,在一批支座中(不大于100件)任取一塊橡膠板,解剖膠料制成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試片,其性能與上表相比,拉伸強(qiáng)度下降應(yīng)不大于20%,扯斷伸長(zhǎng)率下降應(yīng)不大于35%。3.3 支座用聚四氟乙烯板物理機(jī)械性能應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足下列要求:密度:2.12.3g/cm3拉伸強(qiáng)度不小于30MPa斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率不小于300%球壓痕硬度 H133/60>23MPa支座用聚四氟乙烯板在硅脂潤(rùn)滑條件下與不銹鋼板對(duì)磨時(shí),在常溫條件下(23+5),應(yīng)力30MPa時(shí)的摩擦系數(shù)應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足下列條件:初始靜

32、摩擦系數(shù) µst0.012 為確保質(zhì)量,支座用聚四氟乙烯板除進(jìn)行常規(guī)檢測(cè)外,必須從支座成品中按一定的比例取樣,在一批支座中(不大于100件)任取一塊聚四氟乙烯板,制取試樣進(jìn)行密度、球壓痕硬度和摩擦系數(shù)測(cè)試檢驗(yàn)。3.4 支座用鋼材3.4.1 支座用鋼板應(yīng)符合GB699及GB700有關(guān)規(guī)定。3.4.2 支座用鑄鋼件其機(jī)械性能、化學(xué)成分及鑄造缺陷等應(yīng)符合TB/T2331及GB11352中優(yōu)質(zhì)鑄鋼的有關(guān)規(guī)定,每件鑄件必須有超聲波探傷報(bào)告。3.4.3 支座用不銹鋼板應(yīng)符合GB3280的有關(guān)規(guī)定。3.5 支座用5201-2硅脂性能應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足HG/T25025201硅脂的要求。3.6 支座部件加工尺寸

33、偏差應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)圖紙要求,其中以下幾項(xiàng)的公差配合必須滿(mǎn)足:3.6.1 盆環(huán)內(nèi)徑與盆塞外徑公差配合;3.6.2 單向活動(dòng)支座上支座板導(dǎo)向槽內(nèi)側(cè)凈空尺寸與鋼襯板外側(cè)尺寸公差配合;3.6.3 活動(dòng)支座不銹鋼板表面粗糙度及平面度要求。3.7 支座防腐涂裝及防塵體系支座防腐處理必須按設(shè)計(jì)圖中規(guī)定的涂裝體系要求執(zhí)行。3.7.1涂裝表面必須進(jìn)行處理,首先應(yīng)清除附著于鋼材表面的雜質(zhì),用稀釋劑或清潔劑除去油污及臟物,并對(duì)邊角和焊縫進(jìn)行打磨,如有腐蝕性鹽類(lèi),應(yīng)用清水沖洗干凈并吹干其表面。3.7.2用噴射和拋射除銹法將待涂裝表面的氧化皮、鐵銹及其他雜質(zhì)清除干凈后,用真空吸塵器將鋼材表面再清除一次,處理后機(jī)加工表面應(yīng)達(dá)

34、到GB/T8923中規(guī)定的Sa2.5級(jí)。3.7.3在表面處理后4h之內(nèi)進(jìn)行涂裝,以防處理表面生銹,各道漆層均采用無(wú)氣噴涂法。底漆干膜平均厚度要求為80m,中間漆平均干膜厚度100m,面漆為可復(fù)涂聚氨脂面漆三道,干膜平均厚度為70m80m。漆膜厚度未達(dá)到要求處,必須補(bǔ)涂。3.7.4 螺栓采用鋅鉻涂層(達(dá)克羅)技術(shù)防護(hù),其技術(shù)要求符合GB/T18684中鋅鉻涂層2級(jí)及以上的規(guī)定。3.7.5 支座的防塵裝置應(yīng)嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)圖紙的要求制造和安裝。3.8 支座組裝支座組裝必須按設(shè)計(jì)圖的要求執(zhí)行。安裝橡膠板時(shí),其表面必須涂勻硅脂;聚四氟乙烯板儲(chǔ)油坑內(nèi)必須注滿(mǎn)硅脂,其排列方向與支座滑動(dòng)方向一致;不銹鋼板表面用

35、酒精或丙酮擦洗干凈;組裝后的平均高度誤差不得大于±2mm。3.9 支座安裝 支座安裝應(yīng)按京滬高速鐵路預(yù)制預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁技術(shù)條件的要求執(zhí)行,制定可靠的施工工藝,保證每孔梁的四個(gè)支座受力均勻。4 試驗(yàn)方法4.1 橡膠 橡膠材料的性能試驗(yàn)按本技術(shù)條件的引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行。4.2 聚四氟乙烯板聚四氟乙烯板的性能試驗(yàn)按本技術(shù)條件引用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行。4.3 鑄鋼 鑄鋼的化學(xué)成分應(yīng)逐爐檢查,機(jī)械性能采用隨爐試棒檢驗(yàn),隨爐試棒應(yīng)配制二套,一套由鑄件廠測(cè)試,提出力學(xué)性能報(bào)告,一套由支座生產(chǎn)廠家進(jìn)行復(fù)測(cè)。鑄件超聲波探傷按GB/T 7233規(guī)定執(zhí)行,必要時(shí)可從成品鑄件中取樣進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。4.4 整體支座4.4.1 一般規(guī)

36、定整體支座試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在經(jīng)國(guó)家計(jì)量認(rèn)證的檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)中進(jìn)行,條件許可時(shí)也可在制造廠進(jìn)行。4.4.2 試驗(yàn)樣品 支座壓縮試驗(yàn)應(yīng)采用實(shí)體支座,受試驗(yàn)設(shè)備能力限制時(shí),可與用戶(hù)協(xié)商選用有代表性的小型支座進(jìn)行試驗(yàn);支座摩擦系數(shù)可選用小型支座進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。4.4.3 試驗(yàn)方法支座壓縮試驗(yàn)應(yīng)測(cè)定垂直荷載作用下,荷載-支座豎向壓縮變形曲線和荷載-盆環(huán)徑向變形曲線,檢驗(yàn)荷載為支座豎向設(shè)計(jì)承載力的1.5倍。在試驗(yàn)支座四周均勻放置4個(gè)百分表測(cè)定豎向壓縮變形,用4個(gè)千分表測(cè)定盆環(huán)徑向變形。試驗(yàn)時(shí)先預(yù)壓三遍,試驗(yàn)荷載由零至檢驗(yàn)荷載均分10級(jí),試驗(yàn)時(shí)以支座豎向設(shè)計(jì)承載力的0.5%作為初始?jí)毫?,然后逐?jí)加壓,每級(jí)荷載穩(wěn)壓2

37、min后讀取百分表及千分表數(shù)據(jù),直至檢驗(yàn)荷載,穩(wěn)壓3min卸載往復(fù)加載3次。變形分別取4個(gè)百分表及千分表讀數(shù)的算術(shù)平均值,在設(shè)計(jì)荷載作用下支座豎向壓縮變形不大于支座總高的2%,該批支座(同噸位四個(gè)支座)變形量之差不得大于0.5mm,盆環(huán)徑向變形不得大于盆環(huán)內(nèi)徑的0.05%。成品支座摩擦系數(shù)測(cè)定試驗(yàn)應(yīng)在專(zhuān)用的雙剪摩擦試驗(yàn)裝置上進(jìn)行。試驗(yàn)時(shí)先對(duì)支座施加垂直設(shè)計(jì)荷載,然后用千斤頂施加水平力,由專(zhuān)用的壓力傳感器記錄水平力大小,支座一發(fā)生滑動(dòng),即停止施加水平力由此計(jì)算出支座的初始摩擦系數(shù)。然后再次對(duì)支座施加水平力,可測(cè)定第二次摩擦系數(shù)。反復(fù)上述水平力加載過(guò)程,直至支座第五次水平滑動(dòng),實(shí)測(cè)支

38、座第二次至第五次靜摩擦系數(shù)的平均值,為成品支座的實(shí)測(cè)摩擦系數(shù),實(shí)測(cè)支座摩擦系數(shù)不得大于0.03。 壓轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)(美國(guó)ASSHT01992版第18章試驗(yàn))在支座頂部沿順橋方向放置一個(gè)楔形板,使支座轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)達(dá)到最大設(shè)計(jì)轉(zhuǎn)角,施加 1.5倍的豎向設(shè)計(jì)荷載并對(duì)固定支座施加設(shè)計(jì)水平力(活動(dòng)支座不加水平力),維持1小時(shí)后卸載,試驗(yàn)后打開(kāi)檢查,要求鋼板、四氟滑板和黃銅緊箍圈無(wú)損傷,且橡膠板無(wú)裂縫或被擠出。5 檢驗(yàn)規(guī)則5.1檢驗(yàn)分類(lèi) 京滬高速鐵路盆式橡膠支座的檢驗(yàn)分原材料檢驗(yàn)、出廠檢驗(yàn)和型式檢驗(yàn)三類(lèi):5.1.1 原材料檢驗(yàn)為支座加工用原材料及外協(xié)加工件進(jìn)場(chǎng)時(shí)進(jìn)行的驗(yàn)收檢驗(yàn);5.1.2 出廠檢驗(yàn)為支座生產(chǎn)廠在每批產(chǎn)品交貨前必須進(jìn)行的檢驗(yàn);5.1.3 型式檢驗(yàn)由經(jīng)國(guó)家計(jì)量認(rèn)證的檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu),在生產(chǎn)廠
