1、游戲是幼兒獲取知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn)的重要途徑z,作為最棊木的教學(xué)活動(dòng),教師要靈活地應(yīng) 用游戲化教學(xué),將游戲機(jī)制與教學(xué)活動(dòng)有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái),不僅要將游戲融入教學(xué)屮,更是要 做到游戲和學(xué)習(xí)的聯(lián)合,在游戲中學(xué)習(xí)知識(shí),在學(xué)習(xí)中體會(huì)游戲的快樂(lè),只有在實(shí)際的教學(xué) 中體會(huì)到這一點(diǎn),才能夠有效地突出幼兒學(xué)習(xí)的主動(dòng)性。一、游戲化教學(xué)在幼兒園小存在的問(wèn)題1. 游戲因素不足學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境能夠彩響到幼兒學(xué)習(xí)的質(zhì)量,因此要想讓幼兒更加有效率地開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng),就 必須要?jiǎng)?chuàng)設(shè)出冇效的環(huán)境,增強(qiáng)幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)。幼兒教師在開(kāi)展教學(xué)游戲的時(shí)候,主要是 通過(guò)游戲這種形式來(lái)幫助幼兒享受學(xué)習(xí),但是通過(guò)實(shí)踐證明,很多的幼兒園并沒(méi)有為幼兒提 供冇效的游戲時(shí)間
2、和空間,輕視游戲化教學(xué)對(duì)于幼兒學(xué)習(xí)的重要性,這也就影響到教學(xué)游戲 在幼兒園教學(xué)中的發(fā)展。2. 游戲理念不足游戲理念不足可以分為兩個(gè)方面:一個(gè)方面就是教師的教學(xué)理念不足,另一個(gè)方面就是 教師的教學(xué)方式比較傳統(tǒng)。在傳統(tǒng)的幼兒園教育小,教師的教學(xué)理念存在普遍不足的現(xiàn)象, 主要是教師在課前都會(huì)設(shè)計(jì)好教學(xué)的內(nèi)容,在開(kāi)展教學(xué)活動(dòng)的時(shí)候,教師一般都占據(jù)著引導(dǎo) 者的位置。新的教學(xué)理念要求教師在課堂教學(xué)中以學(xué)生為主,教師應(yīng)該根據(jù)幼兒的學(xué)習(xí)反應(yīng) 來(lái)改變教學(xué)行為。但是傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式中教師都希望學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)小能夠更加直接地掌握知識(shí) 或是技能,反而忽視了教學(xué)游戲的重要性。教學(xué)方式的傳統(tǒng)導(dǎo)致學(xué)生不會(huì)主動(dòng)地去掌握新知 識(shí),1
3、何是根據(jù)教師的知識(shí)傳授被動(dòng)地接受知識(shí)。由于教師個(gè)人沒(méi)有意識(shí)到游戲在教學(xué)中的有 效性,因此在教學(xué)內(nèi)容設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候,就無(wú)法開(kāi)展相關(guān)的游戲與教學(xué)活動(dòng)。3. 形式化嚴(yán)重雖然很多幼兒園教師在課堂上設(shè)計(jì)了一些小游戲來(lái)活躍課堂氛圍,但是這些游戲與教學(xué) 的內(nèi)容沒(méi)有有機(jī)地結(jié)合,也就無(wú)法發(fā)揮出游戲教學(xué)的作用。并且教師在開(kāi)展教學(xué)的時(shí)候,沒(méi) 冇清晰地認(rèn)識(shí)到創(chuàng)設(shè)情境對(duì)于開(kāi)展游戲的重要性,導(dǎo)致教師只認(rèn)識(shí)到能否冇效地開(kāi)展游戲, 而忽視了游戲所能夠帶來(lái)的作用,使幼兒學(xué)到的知識(shí)無(wú)法與實(shí)際生活形成緊密的聯(lián)系。二、捉高游戲化教學(xué)效果的措施1創(chuàng)設(shè)適宜的教學(xué)環(huán)境在開(kāi)展幼兒園游戲化教學(xué)之前,教師應(yīng)該積極合理地創(chuàng)設(shè)有利于游戲化教學(xué)的環(huán)境,只
4、 有這樣才能夠更加有效地開(kāi)展學(xué)習(xí),促進(jìn)他們的發(fā)展。并且在開(kāi)展游戲化教學(xué)的時(shí)候,教師為了保障幼兒在游戲環(huán)節(jié)中的安 全,就要提前做好準(zhǔn)備,避免幼兒在游戲開(kāi)展過(guò)程中受到傷害。同時(shí),教師也耍在創(chuàng)設(shè)情境 的時(shí)候,結(jié)合幼兒的實(shí)際學(xué)習(xí)情況和心理發(fā)展特點(diǎn),讓游戲的開(kāi)展更貝教育意義,將游戲的 開(kāi)展目標(biāo)定在教育方向上,以此來(lái)激發(fā)幼兒的潛力,促進(jìn)幼兒的身心發(fā)展。2 整合游戲資源教師只有合理地利用游戲資源,保證游戲資源不被浪費(fèi),才能夠有效促進(jìn)游戲化教學(xué)的 發(fā)展。幼兒教師首先要具備的一項(xiàng)能力就是較強(qiáng)的觀察力以及對(duì)事物的敏感性,在篩選教學(xué) 資源的時(shí)候,教師要在短時(shí)間內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的不足z處,才能夠保證游戲資源最人化地利
5、用,并且幼兒教師也耍積極地對(duì)游戲資源進(jìn)行探索,探索出一切可利用的資源,才能夠更加 緊密地將游戲與教學(xué)的內(nèi)容整合在一起,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)游戲中學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)習(xí)中快樂(lè)的游戲。3. 激發(fā)幼兒的自主探究精神教師在開(kāi)展游戲教學(xué)的過(guò)程中,也要掌握好幼兒的興趣愛(ài)好和各口的心理個(gè)性特點(diǎn)等, 由于在實(shí)際的教學(xué)當(dāng)中,同一種游戲開(kāi)展的教學(xué)所達(dá)到的成效是不一樣的,所以教師要將教 學(xué)的目標(biāo)定位于培養(yǎng)幼兒的白主探究精神上。幼兒教師要引導(dǎo)幼兒在游戲屮不斷地嘗試,而 不是命令式地讓幼兒去做事情,只有這樣才能夠凸顯出幼兒的主體地位。要想在實(shí)際教學(xué)中 真正地實(shí)現(xiàn)激發(fā)幼兒的自主探究精神,教師就要時(shí)刻地對(duì)幼兒進(jìn)行關(guān)注,及時(shí)地解決他們所 遇到的問(wèn)題
6、,同時(shí)教師所起的作用是引導(dǎo)作用,這樣才能激發(fā)幼兒的白主探究能力,鍛煉他 們的思維判斷能力。4. 加強(qiáng)幼兒教師的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)游戲化教學(xué)方式在幼兒園教育中的利用不僅耍有合理的環(huán)境和科學(xué)的教學(xué)方式,也需要 幼兒教師樹(shù)立游戲化教學(xué)的理念,只有從教師的根本技能岀發(fā),才能夠?qū)⒂螒蚧虒W(xué)真正地 應(yīng)用到幼兒園教育中,發(fā)揮它的作用。在實(shí)際教學(xué)中,教師可以利用業(yè)余時(shí)間通過(guò)閱讀書(shū)籍 或是網(wǎng)上搜集材料來(lái)加深對(duì)游戲化教學(xué)的認(rèn)識(shí),通過(guò)去其他幼兒園屮互札i學(xué)習(xí)來(lái)提高自身的 游戲化教學(xué)技能,也口j以通過(guò)對(duì)教師的培訓(xùn)來(lái)幫助幼兒教師的發(fā)展,從而增強(qiáng)幼兒園的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。因此,幼兒園教冇屮必須不斷地加強(qiáng)游戲化教學(xué)的應(yīng)用,真正做到優(yōu)化教學(xué)內(nèi)
